A web and sheet process in-line production control system and method

Abstract

This invention provides a production control system for the integrated production of roll and sheet paper processes. The system is applied to a production line integrating roll and sheet paper processes. The production line includes a roll assembly, a paper feed bridge, and a sheet paper assembly. The system includes: a material storage module, comprising a paper storage rack and a floating roller mechanism. The floating roller mechanism is positioned on the paper storage rack and is used to adjust the length and tension of the paper on the rack. A synchronous drive control module is used to collect the paper feeding status of the roll assembly and the sheet paper assembly to control and synchronize the actions of the laminating equipment and the cross-cutting equipment. This invention enables an orderly and reliable integrated production line for roll and sheet paper processes, solving the problems of high raw material waste, large inventory area, and low production efficiency during current process transitions. Furthermore, by integrating production lines, it reduces the number of workers by nearly half, resulting in significant economic benefits in terms of saving manpower and reducing workplace safety hazards.
