Battery case shaping device and battery production line

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of battery processing technology, providing a battery casing shaping device and a battery production line. The battery casing shaping device includes a pushing mechanism and a shaping mechanism; the pushing mechanism can contact a first end of the battery casing to drive the battery casing axially toward one side of the shaping mechanism; the shaping mechanism can detachably mount at least one shaping mold of a certain specification, the shaping mold having an annular shaping groove, which can be configured to be coaxial with the battery casing to shape the roundness of the second end of the battery casing. This invention has a simple structure, is easy to operate, and has high shaping efficiency. It can shape battery casings of different specifications, ensuring that the battery casing achieves good roundness and coaxiality for subsequent cell insertion operations.
