M-CRD excavation support and excavation method of joint arch tunnel

Abstract

The present disclosure relates to excavation support and excavation method of a linked arch tunnel M‑CRD, comprising two connected auxiliary guide tunnels and a main guide tunnel; support steel frames are arranged in the auxiliary guide tunnel and the main guide tunnel, and prefabricated secondary linings are arranged in the auxiliary guide tunnel and the main guide tunnel, and the prefabricated secondary linings are located on the inner walls of the corresponding support steel frames; a part of the prefabricated secondary lining is shared at the connection between the auxiliary guide tunnel and the main guide tunnel to form a middle partition wall separating the auxiliary guide tunnel and the main guide tunnel, that is, by making the shared part of the prefabricated secondary lining serve as the middle partition wall separating the auxiliary guide tunnel and the main guide tunnel, the problem of high cost and complicated process caused by respectively setting two middle partition walls at the connection between the auxiliary guide tunnel and the main guide tunnel to connect the auxiliary guide tunnel and the main guide tunnel respectively can be avoided.
