A fatigue test equipment for a conveyor belt and a test method thereof

Abstract

This invention discloses a fatigue testing device and method for conveyor belts. The testing method includes: Step 1, adjusting the distance between the four tensioning rollers and the center of the four-jaw chuck to be equal using an adjusting device; Step 2, opening the four jaws of the four-jaw chuck to install four conveyor belts into position; Step 3, closing the four jaws of the four-jaw chuck to tension the four conveyor belts to a preset tension force using the four tensioning rollers; Step 4, adjusting the tension force of the four conveyor belts using a fine-tuning structure to ensure that the tension force of the four conveyor belts is the same. Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of this invention are: 1. It can achieve tensioning of multiple conveyor belts at once, greatly improving the efficiency of conveyor belt fatigue testing; 2. By using a four-jaw chuck to pre-tension to a predetermined tension, and then fine-tuning the tension through a fine-tuning structure, the tension of the four conveyor belts is made consistent, avoiding the problem that linear cylinders cannot or are difficult to use to achieve particularly large tension forces.
