Abstract

The application provides a material batching control method and a controller thereof and a mixing plant, and solves the technical problem of low material batching precision in the mixing plant in the prior art, which reduces the engineering quality and engineering progress in the production process of the mixing plant. The material batching control method provided by the application collects actual batching characteristic parameters of a current batch of material in real time, adjusts target batching parameters in real time according to the actual batching characteristic parameters of the current batch of material and the batching characteristic parameters of a previous batch of material, and batches the current batch of material according to the adjusted target batching parameters, so that the actual batching value of the current batch of material gradually approaches a preset batching value. After the target batching parameters in the batching process of multiple batches of material, the actual batching value of the material can infinitely approach the preset batching value, so that the batching parameters during automatic adjustment of the batching of the batch of material are realized, the batching precision is quickly improved, and the engineering quality and engineering speed in the production process of the mixing plant are improved.
