Cross-carrier scheduling method, network side device and computer readable storage medium

Abstract

The present disclosure provides a cross-carrier scheduling method, a network side device and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises: the network side device monitors NR user traffic and NR PDCCH resources of a first cell, and starts a carrier scheduling process when it is found that the NR user traffic is greater than or equal to a first threshold and the NR PDCCH resources are less than or equal to a second threshold, wherein the first cell is in a first frequency band; after starting the carrier scheduling process, the network side device acquires at least one cell with traffic less than a third threshold from cells in a second frequency band according to the traffic conditions of the cells, and randomly selects a second cell from the at least one cell, so that the second cell is paired with the first cell, wherein the second frequency band is different from the first frequency band; reserves a part of time-frequency resources in a region resource capable of configuring NR PDCCH resources in the second cell as reserved NR PDCCH resources; and schedules NR PDSCH resources in the first cell by using the reserved NR PDCCH resources.
