Cooling system and engine test system

Abstract

The disclosure provides a cooling system and an engine test system, and belongs to the technical field of engine test. The cooling system comprises a flow control device and a temperature control device. When testing the performance of the engine, the controller can look up the corresponding target flow in the corresponding relationship between the speed and the flow of the coolant according to the speed of the engine, and then adjust the output power of the variable frequency water pump based on the target flow and the current flow of the coolant in the cooling system, and then increase or decrease the flow of the coolant. The flow proportional valve in the flow control device can adjust the opening and closing of itself according to the speed of the engine and the current flow of the coolant in the cooling system, and then decrease or increase the flow of the coolant. Through the setting of the above-mentioned corresponding relationship, the arbitrary demand for the temperature regulation of the engine can be met, so that the temperature condition of the engine under the actual working condition can be well simulated.
