Abstract

The invention provides a heat transfer printing digital inkjet printing machine and a printing method, which relate to the new technical field of printing, and include an upper pressure roller assembly and a lower heating roller assembly; the problem in the prior art that the fabric and pattern to be printed cannot be synchronously controlled and accurately and quickly transferred is solved; the lower heating roller is supported by a support system, and the upper pressure rollers are connected to the two ends of the lower heating roller through pressure rods; the pressure rods control the pressure through a speed pressure sensor, and the heating assembly on the lower heating roller controls the heating temperature through a speed heating sensor, so that the pattern on the intermediate medium is actively transferred to the fabric under the action of pressure and high temperature, thereby realizing heat transfer printing of the fabric.
