Abstract

This invention relates to the field of composite pipe technology, specifically to a method and equipment for manufacturing composite pipes. The method includes the following steps: S100, manufacturing a first core tube using a core tube production line; S200, winding the first core tube to a core tube station to obtain a second core tube; S300, releasing the second core tube, correcting the second core tube to obtain a third core tube, and covering the outside of the third core tube with a corrugated metal protective layer; S400, coating and / or wrapping an anti-corrosion layer on the outside of the corrugated metal protective layer; S500, covering the outside of the anti-corrosion layer with a plastic outer protective layer to obtain a composite pipe. In this invention, the composite pipe manufacturing method winds the core tube to a core tube station, and releases the core tube when secondary processing is required. This invention makes the manufacturing of the core tube independent of subsequent production processes, thereby improving production efficiency and return on investment. The core tube production line in this invention can be set up with multiple types of core tube production lines to simultaneously produce different core tubes.
