Quick-release fiber optic testing device

Abstract

This invention discloses a quick-release fiber optic testing device, belonging to the field of medical devices. The probe is detachably mounted on a handle, a pin is fixed to the handle, and a first and second locking block are movably mounted on the probe. The movement direction of the first locking block is perpendicular to the movement direction of the second locking block, and the movement direction of the second locking block is the same as the insertion direction of the probe and the handle. The second locking block includes a first locking portion and a second locking portion. When the probe is not mounted on the handle, the first locking portion engages with the first locking block. When the probe is inserted into the handle, the pin abuts against the second locking block, causing the second locking block to separate from the first locking block. After the probe is separated from the handle, the first locking block is located between the pin and the second locking block, preventing the pin of the handle from inserting into the probe (the first locking block blocks the pin), thus preventing the formation of a fiber optic testing device. Therefore, the used probe cannot be reused, avoiding contamination and ensuring probe safety.
