Abstract

The application discloses a mixer, which comprises a stirring head, a stirring barrel and a cutter assembly. The stirring barrel comprises a barrel body and a barrel bottom. The barrel body is annular arc-shaped. The maximum inner diameter of the barrel body is greater than the inner diameter of the barrel mouth of the barrel body and the inner diameter of the barrel bottom. The cutter assembly comprises a cutter shaft and a cutter blade. The cutter blade is radially parallel to the cutter shaft. The cutter shaft comprises a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft and an adjusting device. The first rotating shaft is connected with the stirring head. The first rotating shaft is provided with a first mounting groove and a pressing piece. The pressing piece is arranged in the first mounting groove. The second rotating shaft is partially embedded in the first mounting groove. The second rotating shaft is connected with the stirring barrel. The second rotating shaft is provided with a second mounting groove. The adjusting device comprises a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece and an elastic piece. The first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are arranged in the second mounting groove. The elastic piece is in abutment with the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece. The first connecting piece is in abutment with the pressing piece. According to the mixer, the cutting effect can be strengthened, the cleaning is facilitated, the noise can be reduced, and the rigidity of the cutter blade can be improved.
