A simple life test bench for planetary roller screw pairs

Abstract

This invention relates to a simple life testing bench for planetary roller screw pairs, comprising a frame, a pressure sensor hinge centering device, a fixed roller device, a reduced-ratio double-gear system device, and a counterweight lifting device. The pressure sensor hinge centering device is mounted on the frame and connected to the planetary roller screw pair driven by the built-in motor of the tested electric cylinder. A slide plate in the pressure sensor hinge centering device is pulled horizontally back and forth on a linear guide rail by a steel wire rope. After passing through the fixed roller device and the reduced-ratio double-gear system device, the steel wire rope passes through two fixed rollers and connects to the counterweight. The pressure sensor in the pressure sensor hinge centering device is connected to a control system, which collects the required parameters of the planetary roller screw pair and displays them on a screen. The test bench of this invention features a simple overall mechanical moving parts structure, convenient adjustment, and reliable operation. The fixed rollers and double-gear system pulleys are specially designed with increased grease lubrication, resulting in low cost and excellent performance.
