Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This application relates to the field of flux motor technology, and particularly to a rotor, permanent magnet motor, powertrain, and vehicle. Background Technology
[0002] Noise levels inside a vehicle are a crucial indicator of driving comfort. As a key component of electric vehicles, the drive motor's noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) performance significantly impacts overall vehicle performance, and with the development of electric vehicles, NVH requirements are becoming increasingly stringent. Electromagnetic noise is the most significant component of motor noise; therefore, reducing overall motor noise requires minimizing electromagnetic noise. The most direct method for controlling motor electromagnetic noise is to minimize noise excitation during motor design, i.e., reducing torque ripple.
[0003] In related technologies, the rotor of a permanent magnet motor mainly includes a rotor core and multiple rotor magnetic poles. Specifically, the rotor magnetic poles are distributed around the outer periphery of the rotor core along the circumferential direction. Moreover, in the radial direction of the rotor core, adjacent rotor magnetic poles are slightly misaligned. By making the included angles between each rotor magnetic pole different, better NVH performance is achieved.
[0004] However, the above-mentioned scheme has a high overall manufacturing difficulty for the rotor, which will result in low production efficiency of the permanent magnet motor. Summary of the Invention
[0005] This application provides a rotor, a permanent magnet motor, a powertrain, and a vehicle, which can optimize the NVH performance of the permanent magnet motor while avoiding the problem of low production efficiency of the permanent magnet motor due to the high overall manufacturing difficulty of the rotor.
[0006] In a first aspect, embodiments of this application provide a rotor, which includes at least two rotor assemblies coaxially arranged; the at least two rotor assemblies include at least a first rotor assembly and a second rotor assembly mated to the first rotor assembly;
[0007] The first rotor assembly includes at least: a plurality of first rotor laminations stacked along the axial direction of the rotor; each first rotor lamination has a plurality of first permanent magnet slots, the plurality of first permanent magnet slots being evenly arranged along the circumferential direction of each first rotor lamination; each first permanent magnet slot includes: at least one first permanent magnet slot, each first permanent magnet slot containing a first permanent magnet; and each first permanent magnet slot having a first magnetic barrier extension at one end near the outer edge of the first rotor lamination;
[0008] The second rotor assembly includes at least: a plurality of second rotor laminations stacked along the axial direction of the rotor; each second rotor lamination has a plurality of second permanent magnet slots, the plurality of second permanent magnet slots being evenly arranged along the circumferential direction of each second rotor lamination; each second permanent magnet slot includes: at least one second permanent magnet slot, each second permanent magnet slot containing a second permanent magnet; and each second permanent magnet slot having a second magnetic barrier extension at one end near the outer edge of the second rotor lamination;
[0009] Along the axial direction of the rotor, the first permanent magnet slot and the second permanent magnet slot at the same corresponding position are connected.
[0010] The rotor provided in this application embodiment has a first rotor assembly and a second rotor assembly with an axially combined structure. The magnetic field offset between the first rotor assembly and the second rotor assembly is achieved through the first magnetic barrier extension within the first rotor lamination and the second magnetic barrier extension within the second rotor lamination, reducing the torque between the two rotor assemblies. Furthermore, the first permanent magnet slot and the second permanent magnet slot at the same corresponding position are interconnected in the axial direction of the rotor, significantly reducing the injection molding pressure of the rotor. This optimizes the NVH performance of the permanent magnet motor while simplifying the manufacturing process, thus avoiding the problem of high overall rotor manufacturing difficulty leading to low production efficiency of the permanent magnet motor, and ultimately facilitating the mass production of both the rotor and the permanent magnet motor.
[0011] In one possible implementation, at the same corresponding position in the axial direction of the rotor, one end of the first magnetic barrier extension is connected to the first permanent magnet slot, and the other end of the first magnetic barrier extension extends clockwise along the first rotor lamination; one end of the second magnetic barrier extension is connected to the second permanent magnet slot, and the other end of the second magnetic barrier extension extends counterclockwise along the second rotor lamination; or, at the same corresponding position in the axial direction of the rotor, one end of the first magnetic barrier extension is connected to the first permanent magnet slot, and the other end of the first magnetic barrier extension extends counterclockwise along the first rotor lamination; one end of the second magnetic barrier extension is connected to the second permanent magnet slot, and the other end of the second magnetic barrier extension extends clockwise along the second rotor lamination.
[0012] By having the extension direction of the first magnetic barrier extension in the first rotor lamination different from the extension direction of the second magnetic barrier extension in the second rotor lamination, the magnetic field offset between the first rotor assembly and the second rotor assembly can be better achieved, thereby reducing the torque between the first rotor assembly and the second rotor assembly to a greater extent.
[0013] In one possible implementation, at the same corresponding position in the axial direction of the rotor, the central angle of the first magnetic barrier extension is the same as the central angle of the second magnetic barrier extension. When the central angles of the first magnetic barrier extension of the first rotor lamination and the second magnetic barrier extension of the second rotor lamination correspond, the problem of inconsistent forward and reverse rotation performance of the rotor can be avoided. This can prevent the permanent magnet motor from having inconsistent forward and reverse rotation performance during operation, thereby improving or ensuring the overall reliability of the permanent magnet motor.
[0014] In one possible implementation, each first permanent magnet slot includes: a first main slot body, a first magnetic barrier, and a second magnetic barrier; one end of the first main slot body is connected to the first magnetic barrier, and the other end of the first main slot body is connected to the second magnetic barrier; the first main slot body is used to accommodate the first permanent magnet, and the second magnetic barrier has a first magnetic barrier extension at one end near the outer edge of the first rotor lamination; each second permanent magnet slot includes: a second main slot body, a third magnetic barrier, and a fourth magnetic barrier; one end of the second main slot body is connected to the third magnetic barrier, and the other end of the second main slot body is connected to the fourth magnetic barrier; the second main slot body is used to accommodate the second permanent magnet, and the fourth magnetic barrier has a second magnetic barrier extension at one end near the outer edge of the second rotor lamination.
[0015] The orthographic projection of the first main groove body in the axial direction of the rotor overlaps with the orthographic projection of the second main groove body in the axial direction of the rotor. The first magnetic barrier and the third magnetic barrier are connected in the axial direction of the rotor, and the second magnetic barrier and the fourth magnetic barrier are connected in the axial direction of the rotor.
[0016] By designing the first permanent magnet slot on the first rotor lamination to include a connected first main slot, a first magnetic barrier, and a second magnetic barrier, and designing the second permanent magnet slot on the second rotor lamination to include a connected second main slot, a third magnetic barrier, and a fourth magnetic barrier, the first main slot is used to accommodate the first permanent magnet, and the second main slot is used to accommodate the second permanent magnet. The orthographic projections of the first main slot and the second main slot in the axial direction of the rotor overlap, ensuring that the orthographic projections of the first and second permanent magnets in the axial direction of the rotor coincide. This facilitates the smooth implementation of the magnet insertion and magnetization processes. Furthermore, the first and third magnetic barriers are interconnected in the axial direction of the rotor, as are the second and fourth magnetic barriers. This ensures that the ends of the first and second permanent magnet slots remain connected in the axial direction of the rotor, thereby significantly reducing the injection molding pressure of the rotor.
[0017] In one possible implementation, the first permanent magnet and the second permanent magnet that are opposite each other in the axial direction of the rotor are identical. The first and second permanent magnets being identical in the axial direction of the rotor, for example, having the same size and material, facilitates the unified management of the magnet materials and the smooth implementation of the magnet insertion and magnetization processes.

[0035] In one possible implementation, the at least two rotor assemblies further include: a third rotor assembly; the third rotor assembly is located between the first rotor assembly and the second rotor assembly, and the third rotor assembly is in contact with the first rotor assembly and the second rotor assembly; the third rotor assembly includes at least: a plurality of third rotor laminations stacked along the axial direction of the rotor; each third rotor lamination has a plurality of third permanent magnet slot groups, the plurality of third permanent magnet slot groups are evenly arranged along the circumferential direction of each third rotor lamination; each third permanent magnet slot group includes: at least one third permanent magnet slot, each third permanent magnet slot is provided with a third permanent magnet; along the axial direction of the rotor, the third permanent magnet slots at the same corresponding position are in communication with the first permanent magnet slot and the second permanent magnet slot.
[0036] By incorporating a third rotor assembly within the rotor, coaxially arranged with the first and second rotor assemblies, and including at least a plurality of third rotor laminations stacked along the axial direction of the rotor, each third rotor lamination has a plurality of third permanent magnet slots evenly arranged along its circumferential direction. Each third permanent magnet slot includes at least one third permanent magnet slot for placing a third permanent magnet. This increases the design dimension of the rotor compared to the first and second rotor assemblies.
[0037] In one possible implementation, each of the third permanent magnet slots includes: a third main slot body, a fifth magnetic barrier, and a sixth magnetic barrier; one end of the third main slot body is connected to the fifth magnetic barrier, and the other end of the third main slot body is connected to the sixth magnetic barrier; the third main slot body is used to accommodate the third permanent magnet; the orthographic projection of the third main slot body in the axial direction of the rotor overlaps with the orthographic projections of the first main slot body and the second main slot body in the axial direction of the rotor; the fifth magnetic barrier is connected to the first magnetic barrier and the third magnetic barrier in the axial direction of the rotor, and the sixth magnetic barrier is connected to the second magnetic barrier and the fourth magnetic barrier in the axial direction of the rotor.
[0038] By designing the third permanent magnet slot on the third rotor lamination to include a connected third main slot, a fifth magnetic barrier, and a sixth magnetic barrier, the third main slot is used to accommodate the third permanent magnet. The orthographic projection of the third main slot in the rotor's axial direction overlaps with the orthographic projections of the first and second main slots in the rotor's axial direction. This ensures that the orthographic projections of the third, first, and second permanent magnets in the rotor's axial direction overlap, and the corresponding permanent magnets are positioned in the same direction, facilitating the insertion of magnets and the magnetization process. Furthermore, the fifth magnetic barrier is connected to the first and third magnetic barriers in the rotor's axial direction, and the sixth magnetic barrier is connected to the second and fourth magnetic barriers in the rotor's axial direction. The magnetic field offset between the first rotor assembly and the second rotor assembly can be achieved through the first magnetic barrier extension in the first rotor lamination and the second magnetic barrier extension in the second rotor lamination, thereby reducing the torque between the first rotor assembly and the second rotor assembly. This can optimize the NVH performance of the permanent magnet motor while simplifying the production process, thereby avoiding the problem of low production efficiency of the permanent magnet motor due to the high overall manufacturing difficulty of the rotor. This is conducive to the mass production of the rotor and the permanent magnet motor.
[0051] By incorporating the aforementioned rotor into the permanent magnet motor, the manufacturing process of the permanent magnet motor becomes less complex, resulting in higher production efficiency. This allows for improved mass production of permanent magnet motors while optimizing their performance.
[0052] Thirdly, embodiments of this application provide a powertrain, the powertrain including the permanent magnet motor as described above.
[0053] The powertrain provided in this application includes at least a permanent magnet motor, which includes at least a rotor. In the rotor, a first rotor assembly and a second rotor assembly adopt an axial combination structure. This can optimize the NVH performance of the permanent magnet motor while simplifying the production process, thus avoiding the problem of low production efficiency of the permanent magnet motor due to the high overall manufacturing difficulty of the rotor. This is conducive to the mass production of the rotor and the permanent magnet motor.
[0054] By incorporating the aforementioned permanent magnet motor into the powertrain, the manufacturing process of the permanent magnet motor becomes less complex and its production efficiency is higher, thereby optimizing the overall performance of the powertrain.
[0055] Fourthly, embodiments of this application provide a vehicle, which includes at least: a front wheel, a rear wheel, a vehicle body, and the aforementioned permanent magnet motor; the vehicle body is connected between the front wheel and the rear wheel, and the permanent magnet motor is mounted on the vehicle body.
[0056] The vehicle provided in this application embodiment includes at least a permanent magnet motor, which includes at least a rotor. In the rotor, a first rotor assembly and a second rotor assembly adopt an axially combined structure.
[0057] By installing the aforementioned permanent magnet motor in the vehicle, the manufacturing process of the permanent magnet motor rotor is less complex, resulting in higher production efficiency. This, in turn, reduces the overall manufacturing complexity of the vehicle and increases its production efficiency, thereby optimizing the vehicle's performance and safety. [0085] The terminology used in the implementation section of this application is only for explaining specific embodiments of this application and is not intended to limit this application. The implementation of the embodiments of this application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0086] An electric motor (i.e., an electric motor) generally converts electrical energy into mechanical work by generating torque. Electric vehicles (including hybrid vehicles) use electric motors, such as induction motors and permanent magnet motors, to drive the vehicle and capture braking energy when used as a generator. Typically, an electric motor consists of a rotor that rotates during operation and a stationary stator. The rotor may contain multiple permanent magnets and rotates relative to the stationary stator. The rotor is connected to a rotor shaft, which also rotates with the rotor. The rotor, containing the permanent magnets, is separated from the stator by a predetermined air gap. The stator consists of conductors in the form of wire windings. When electrical energy is applied through the wire windings, a magnetic field is generated. When electrical energy or power is fed into the conductive windings of the stator, the power can be transferred across the air gap through magnetic flux, generating torque acting on the permanent magnets in the rotor. In this way, mechanical power can be transferred to or extracted from the rotating rotor shaft. In electric vehicles, the rotor thus transmits torque to the vehicle's drive wheels via a gear set through a rotating shaft.
[0087] Currently, two common types of motors include radial flux motors and permanent magnet motors. In a radial flux motor, the rotor and stator are typically located in a concentric or nested configuration, so when the stator is energized, it generates a magnetic flux extending radially from the stator to the rotor. Therefore, the conductive windings in the stator are typically arranged perpendicular to the axis of rotation, generating a magnetic field that is oriented radially from the axis of rotation (along the rotor axis). In a permanent magnet motor, the conductive windings in the stator generate a magnetic field parallel to the axis of rotation, so the magnetic flux extends parallel to the axis of rotation (parallel to the rotor axis). In some applications, permanent magnet motors are ideal because they are relatively lighter than radial flux motors, generate increased power, and have a compact size. Therefore, in applications with size and weight constraints, such as electric vehicle drive motors, permanent magnet motors have a significant advantage over radial flux motors at the same speed.
[0088] In related technologies, the rotor of a permanent magnet motor mainly includes a rotor core and multiple rotor magnetic poles.
[0089] However, the above-mentioned scheme has a high overall manufacturing difficulty for the rotor, which will result in low production efficiency of the permanent magnet motor.
[0090] Based on this, embodiments of this application provide a new rotor and a permanent magnet motor having the rotor, which can be applied in vehicles to solve the aforementioned technical problems.
[0091] The specific structure of the rotor and the permanent magnet motor having the rotor will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and different embodiments.
[0092] Reference Figure 1A As shown, this application provides a rotor 100, which can be applied to a permanent magnet motor. Specifically, the rotor 100 may include at least two rotor assemblies coaxially arranged, wherein the at least two rotor assemblies may include at least a first rotor assembly 110 and a second rotor assembly 120, and the first rotor assembly 110 and the second rotor assembly 120 are in contact with each other.
[0093] Specifically, such as Figure 1BAs shown, the first rotor assembly 110 may include at least a plurality of first rotor laminations 111 stacked along the axial direction of the rotor 100, and each first rotor lamination 111 in the first rotor assembly 110 is identical. Each first rotor lamination 111 has a plurality of first permanent magnet slot groups 112 formed thereon, the first rotor lamination 111 is annular, and the plurality of first permanent magnet slot groups 112 are evenly arranged along the circumferential direction of each first rotor lamination 111.
[0094] The second rotor assembly 120 may include at least a plurality of second rotor laminations 121 stacked along the axial direction of the rotor 100, wherein each second rotor lamination 121 in the second rotor assembly 120 is identical. Each second rotor lamination 121 has a plurality of second permanent magnet slot groups 122 formed thereon, the second rotor lamination 121 is annular, and the plurality of second permanent magnet slot groups 122 are evenly arranged along the circumferential direction of each second rotor lamination 121.
[0095] Among them, see Figure 2 As shown, each first permanent magnet slot group 112 may include: at least one first permanent magnet slot 1121, each first permanent magnet slot 1121 is provided with a first permanent magnet 113, and each first permanent magnet slot 1121 is provided with a first magnetic barrier extension 114 at one end near the outer edge of the first rotor lamination 111.
[0096] See Figure 3 As shown, each second permanent magnet slot group 122 may include: at least one second permanent magnet slot 1221, each second permanent magnet slot 1221 is provided with a second permanent magnet 123, and each second permanent magnet slot 1221 is provided with a second magnetic barrier extension 124 at one end near the outer edge of the second rotor lamination 121.
[0097] Along the axial direction of the rotor 100, the first permanent magnet slot 1121 and the second permanent magnet slot 1221 at the same corresponding position are connected. The first permanent magnet slot and the second permanent magnet slot are connected in the axial direction of the rotor, which can significantly reduce the injection molding pressure of the rotor 100 during the manufacturing process.
[0098] It is easy to understand that the connection between the first permanent magnet slot 1121 and the second permanent magnet slot 1221 means that at the same corresponding position in the axial direction of the rotor 100, the projected area of the first permanent magnet slot 1121 in the axial direction of the rotor 100 at least partially overlaps with the projected area of the second permanent magnet slot 1221 in the axial direction of the rotor 100. At least partially overlapping means that the projected area of the first permanent magnet slot 1121 in the axial direction of the rotor 100 can completely coincide with the projected area of the second permanent magnet slot 1221 in the axial direction of the rotor 100. In this case, the outer contour of the projected area of the first permanent magnet slot 1121 in the axial direction of the rotor 100 is the same as the outer contour of the projected area of the second permanent magnet slot 1221 in the axial direction of the rotor 100. Alternatively, the projection area of the first permanent magnet groove 1121 in the axial direction of the rotor 100 may only partially overlap with the projection area of the second permanent magnet groove 1221 in the axial direction of the rotor 100, and the other parts may not overlap, as long as the first permanent magnet groove 1121 and the second permanent magnet groove 1221 at the same corresponding position in the axial direction of the rotor 100 can be connected.
[0099] Additionally, it should be noted that in this embodiment, the axial direction of the rotor 100 refers to the direction along the central axis of the rotor 100, the circumferential direction of the first rotor lamination 111 refers to the direction along the outer peripheral wall of the first rotor lamination 111, and the circumferential direction of the second rotor lamination 121 refers to the direction along the outer peripheral wall of the second rotor lamination 121.
[0100] In the embodiments of this application, see Figure 4 As shown, at the same corresponding position in the axial direction of the rotor 100, one end of the first magnetic barrier extension 114 is connected to the first permanent magnet slot 1121, and the other end of the first magnetic barrier extension 114 extends clockwise along the first rotor lamination 111. One end of the second magnetic barrier extension 124 is connected to the second permanent magnet slot 1221, and the other end of the second magnetic barrier extension 124 extends counterclockwise along the second rotor lamination 121.
[0101] In other words, the first magnetic barrier extension 114 extends clockwise relative to the first permanent magnet slot 1121 along the first rotor lamination 111, and the second magnetic barrier extension 124 extends counterclockwise relative to the second permanent magnet slot 1221 along the second rotor lamination 121. Thus, the overall structure of the first rotor lamination 111 is rotationally symmetrical, and the overall structure of the second rotor lamination 121 is also rotationally symmetrical. The first magnetic barrier extension 114 and the second magnetic barrier extension 124 extend relative to each other in opposite directions, enabling magnetic field offset between the first rotor assembly 110 and the second rotor assembly 120, reducing the torque between the first rotor assembly 110 and the second rotor assembly 120, and thereby optimizing the NVH performance of the permanent magnet motor.
[0102] Alternatively, in some embodiments, at the same corresponding position in the axial direction of the rotor 100, one end of the first magnetic barrier extension 114 is connected to the first permanent magnet slot 1121, and the other end of the first magnetic barrier extension 114 extends counterclockwise along the first rotor lamination 111. One end of the second magnetic barrier extension 124 is connected to the second permanent magnet slot 1221, and the other end of the second magnetic barrier extension 124 extends clockwise along the second rotor lamination 121.
[0103] In other words, the first magnetic barrier extension 114 extends counterclockwise relative to the first permanent magnet slot 1121 along the first rotor lamination 111, and the second magnetic barrier extension 124 extends clockwise relative to the second permanent magnet slot 1221 along the second rotor lamination 121. In this way, the first magnetic barrier extension 114 and the second magnetic barrier extension 124 extend relative to each other in opposite directions, which can realize the magnetic field offset between the first rotor assembly 110 and the second rotor assembly 120, reduce the torque between the first rotor assembly 110 and the second rotor assembly 120, and thus achieve the effect of optimizing the NVH performance of the permanent magnet motor.
[0104] In this embodiment of the application, at the same corresponding position in the axial direction of the rotor 100, the angle of the central angle of the first magnetic barrier extension 114 (i.e. Figure 2 The angle between the first preset included angle A and the central angle of the second magnetic barrier extension 124 (i.e., Figure 3 The angle of the second preset included angle B can be the same.
[0105] This section will explain the central angle in detail. Figure 2Taking the central angle (i.e. the first preset included angle A) of the first magnetic barrier extension 114 as an example, the central angle of the first magnetic barrier extension 114 refers to the included angle formed by the lines connecting the two ends of the outer arc edge of the first magnetic barrier extension 114 and the center of the first rotor lamination 111. It is easy to understand that the outer arc edge of the first magnetic barrier extension 114 refers to one side of the first magnetic barrier extension 114 that is close to the outer edge of the first rotor lamination 111.
[0106] It should be noted that the angle of the central angle of the first magnetic barrier extension 114 is the same as the angle of the central angle of the second magnetic barrier extension 124. This means that they are the same in a mathematical sense, and deviations are allowed in actual manufacturing or process implementation.
[0107] When the central angle of the first magnetic barrier extension 114 of the first rotor lamination 111 corresponds to the central angle of the second magnetic barrier extension 124 of the second rotor lamination 121, the problem of inconsistent forward and reverse rotation performance of the rotor 100 can be avoided. This can prevent the problem of inconsistent forward and reverse rotation performance of the permanent magnet motor during operation, thereby improving or ensuring the overall reliability of the permanent magnet motor.
[0108] See Figure 2 As shown in the embodiment of this application, each first permanent magnet slot 1121 may include: a first main slot 1122, a first magnetic barrier 1123 and a second magnetic barrier 1124, wherein one end of the first main slot 1122 is connected to the first magnetic barrier 1123 and the other end of the first main slot 1122 is connected to the second magnetic barrier 1124. The first main slot 1122 is used to accommodate the first permanent magnet 113, and the second magnetic barrier 1124 is provided with a first magnetic barrier extension 114 at one end near the outer edge of the first rotor lamination 111.
[0109] See Figure 3 As shown, each second permanent magnet slot 1221 may include: a second main slot 1222, a third magnetic barrier 1223 and a fourth magnetic barrier 1224. One end of the second main slot 1222 is connected to the third magnetic barrier 1223, and the other end of the second main slot 1222 is connected to the fourth magnetic barrier 1224. The second main slot 1222 is used to accommodate the second permanent magnet 123. The fourth magnetic barrier 1224 is provided with a second magnetic barrier extension 124 at one end near the outer edge of the second rotor lamination 121.
[0110] The orthographic projection of the first main groove 1122 in the axial direction of the rotor 100 can overlap with the orthographic projection of the second main groove 1222 in the axial direction of the rotor 100.
[0111] By designing the first permanent magnet slot 1121 on the first rotor lamination 111 to include a first main slot 1122, a first magnetic barrier 1123, and a second magnetic barrier 1124 connected together, and designing the second permanent magnet slot 1221 on the second rotor lamination 121 to include a second main slot 1222, a third magnetic barrier 1223, and a fourth magnetic barrier 1224 connected together, the first main slot 1122 is used to accommodate the first permanent magnet 113, and the second main slot 1222 is used to accommodate the second permanent magnet 123. The orthographic projection of the first main slot 1122 in the axial direction of the rotor 100 and the orthographic projection of the second main slot 1222 in the axial direction of the rotor 100 overlap with each other, which ensures that the orthographic projection of the first permanent magnet 113 in the axial direction of the rotor 100 and the orthographic projection of the second permanent magnet 123 in the axial direction of the rotor 100 overlap with each other, and the positions of the corresponding permanent magnets in the axial direction of the rotor 100 are consistent, which facilitates the smooth implementation of the magnet insertion and magnetization process.
[0112] In addition, the first magnetic barrier 1123 and the third magnetic barrier 1223 can be connected in the axial direction of the rotor 100, and the second magnetic barrier 1124 can be connected in the axial direction of the rotor 100 with the fourth magnetic barrier 1224. This ensures that the ends of the first permanent magnet groove 1121 and the second permanent magnet groove 1221 are connected in the axial direction of the rotor 100, thereby significantly reducing the injection pressure of the rotor 100.
[0113] In this embodiment, the first permanent magnet 113 and the second permanent magnet 123 that are opposite each other in the axial direction of the rotor 100 are identical. For example, the first permanent magnet 113 and the second permanent magnet 123 have the same size and material, which facilitates the unified management of the magnet materials and the smooth implementation of the magnet insertion and magnetization processes.
[0114] It should be noted that, in the embodiments of this application, the specific configuration of each first permanent magnet slot group 112 and the second permanent magnet slot group 122 may include, but is not limited to, the following possible implementation methods:
[0115] The first possible implementation is as follows: each first permanent magnet slot group 112 may include: a first permanent magnet slot 1121 (see Figure 5 As shown), the multiple first permanent magnet slots 1121 in the multiple first permanent magnet slot groups 112 are evenly arranged along the circumferential direction of the first rotor lamination 111. Each second permanent magnet slot group 122 may include: a second permanent magnet slot 1221 (see... Figure 6 As shown), the multiple second permanent magnet slots 1221 in the multiple second permanent magnet slot groups 122 are evenly arranged along the circumferential direction of the second rotor lamination 121.
[0116] At this time, see Figure 7 As shown, at the same corresponding position in the axial direction of the rotor 100, one end of the first magnetic barrier extension 114 is connected to the first permanent magnet slot 1121, and the other end of the first magnetic barrier extension 114 extends clockwise along the first rotor lamination 111. One end of the second magnetic barrier extension 124 is connected to the second permanent magnet slot 1221, and the other end of the second magnetic barrier extension 124 extends counterclockwise along the second rotor lamination 121.
[0117] The second possible implementation is as follows: each first permanent magnet slot group 112 may include two first permanent magnet slots 1121, which are symmetrically distributed along the radial direction of the first rotor lamination 111; each second permanent magnet slot group 122 may include two second permanent magnet slots 1221, which are symmetrically distributed along the radial direction of the second rotor lamination 121.
[0118] It should be noted that, in the embodiments of this application, the radial direction of the first rotor lamination 111 refers to the direction along the diameter of the first rotor lamination 111, and the radial direction of the second rotor lamination 121 refers to the direction along the diameter of the second rotor lamination 121.
[0119] In this embodiment of the application, the two first permanent magnet slots 1121 may be distributed in a V-shape along the radial direction of the first rotor lamination 111, and the two second permanent magnet slots 1221 may be distributed in a V-shape along the radial direction of the second rotor lamination 121.
[0120] Specifically, one end of one of the two first permanent magnet slots 1121 is relatively close to one end of the other of the two first permanent magnet slots 1121, and the other end of one of the two first permanent magnet slots 1121 is relatively far away from the other end of the other of the two first permanent magnet slots 1121. Moreover, the ends of the two first permanent magnet slots 1121 near the outer edge of the first rotor lamination 111 can be respectively provided with a first magnetic barrier extension 114, that is, the first magnetic barrier extension 114 is located at the ends of the two first permanent magnet slots 1121 near the outer edge of the first rotor lamination 111.
[0121] Similarly, one end of one of the two second permanent magnet slots 1221 is relatively close to one end of the other of the two second permanent magnet slots 1221, and the other end of one of the two second permanent magnet slots 1221 is relatively far away from the other end of the other of the two second permanent magnet slots 1221. Moreover, the ends of the two second permanent magnet slots 1221 near the outer edge of the second rotor lamination 121 can be respectively provided with second magnetic barrier extensions 124, that is, the second magnetic barrier extensions 124 are located at the ends of the two second permanent magnet slots 1221 near the outer edge of the second rotor lamination 121.
[0122] The third possible implementation is as follows: each first permanent magnet slot group 112 may include three first permanent magnet slots 1121, two of the three first permanent magnet slots 1121 may be symmetrically distributed along the radial direction of the first rotor lamination 111, and the other first permanent magnet slot 1121 may be located between the two first permanent magnet slots 1121.
[0123] Each second permanent magnet slot group 122 may include three second permanent magnet slots 1221, two of the three second permanent magnet slots 1221 may be symmetrically distributed along the radial direction of the second rotor lamination 121, and the other second permanent magnet slot 1221 may be located between the two second permanent magnet slots 1221.
[0124] Specifically, two of the three first permanent magnet slots 1121 can be arranged in a V-shape along the radial direction of the first rotor lamination 111, and the third of the three first permanent magnet slots 1121 can be located between the two first permanent magnet slots 1121. Similarly, two of the three second permanent magnet slots 1221 can be arranged in a V-shape along the radial direction of the second rotor lamination 121, and the third of the three second permanent magnet slots 1221 can be located between the two second permanent magnet slots 1221.
[0125] The fourth possible implementation is as follows: each first permanent magnet slot group 112 may include: four first permanent magnet slots 1121, two of the four first permanent magnet slots 1121 may be symmetrically distributed along the radial direction of the first rotor lamination 111, and the other two of the four first permanent magnet slots 1121 may be symmetrically distributed along the radial direction of the first rotor lamination 111.
[0126] Each second permanent magnet slot group 122 may include: four second permanent magnet slots 1221, two of the four second permanent magnet slots 1221 may be symmetrically distributed along the radial direction of the second rotor lamination 121, and the other two of the four second permanent magnet slots 1221 may be symmetrically distributed along the radial direction of the second rotor lamination 121.
[0127] See Figure 2 As shown in the embodiment of this application, two of the four first permanent magnet slots 1121 may be distributed in a V-shape along the radial direction of the first rotor lamination 111, and the other two of the four first permanent magnet slots 1121 may be distributed in a V-shape along the radial direction of the first rotor lamination 111.
[0128] Similarly, see Figure 3 As shown, two of the four second permanent magnet slots 1221 may be V-shaped along the radial direction of the second rotor lamination 121, and the other two of the four second permanent magnet slots 1221 may be V-shaped along the radial direction of the second rotor lamination 121.
[0129] Specifically, in this embodiment, two of the four first permanent magnet slots 1121 can be first V-shaped slot groups 115. One end of one of the first permanent magnet slots 1121 in the first V-shaped slot group 115 is relatively close to one end of the other first permanent magnet slot 1121 in the first V-shaped slot group 115, and the other end of one of the first permanent magnet slots 1121 in the two first V-shaped slot groups 115 is relatively far away from the other end of the other first permanent magnet slot 1121 in the two first V-shaped slot groups 115. Moreover, the two first permanent magnet slots 1121 in the first V-shaped slot group 115 are respectively provided with a first magnetic barrier extension 114 at the end near the outer edge of the first rotor lamination 111. That is, the first magnetic barrier extension 114 is located at the end of the two first permanent magnet slots 1121 in the first V-shaped slot group 115 near the outer edge of the first rotor lamination 111.
[0130] The other two of the four first permanent magnet slots 1121 can be second V-shaped slot groups 116. One end of one of the first permanent magnet slots 1121 in the second V-shaped slot group 116 is relatively close to one end of the other first permanent magnet slot 1121 in the second V-shaped slot group 116, and the other end of one of the first permanent magnet slots 1121 in the two second V-shaped slot groups 116 is relatively far away from the other end of the other first permanent magnet slot 1121 in the two second V-shaped slot groups 116. Moreover, the two first permanent magnet slots 1121 in the second V-shaped slot group 116 are respectively provided with a first magnetic barrier extension 114 at the end near the outer edge of the first rotor lamination 111. That is, the first magnetic barrier extension 114 is located at the end of the two first permanent magnet slots 1121 in the second V-shaped slot group 116 near the outer edge of the first rotor lamination 111.
[0131] Two of the four second permanent magnet slots 1221 can be third V-shaped slot groups 125. One end of one of the second permanent magnet slots 1221 in the third V-shaped slot group 125 is relatively close to one end of the other second permanent magnet slot 1221 in the third V-shaped slot group 125, and the other end of one of the two second permanent magnet slots 1221 in the two third V-shaped slot groups 125 is relatively far away from the other end of the other second permanent magnet slot 1221 in the two third V-shaped slot groups 125. Moreover, the two second permanent magnet slots 1221 in the third V-shaped slot group 125 are respectively provided with second magnetic barrier extensions 124 at the ends near the outer edge of the second rotor lamination 121. That is, the second magnetic barrier extensions 124 are located at the ends of the two second permanent magnet slots 1221 in the third V-shaped slot group 125 near the outer edge of the second rotor lamination 121.
[0132] The other two of the four second permanent magnet slots 1221 can be a fourth V-shaped slot group 126. One end of one of the second permanent magnet slots 1221 in the fourth V-shaped slot group 126 is relatively close to one end of the other second permanent magnet slot 1221 in the fourth V-shaped slot group 126, and the other end of one of the second permanent magnet slots 1221 in the two fourth V-shaped slot groups 126 is relatively far away from the other end of the other second permanent magnet slot 1221 in the two fourth V-shaped slot groups 126. Moreover, the two second permanent magnet slots 1221 in the fourth V-shaped slot group 126 are respectively provided with a second magnetic barrier extension 124 at the end near the outer edge of the second rotor lamination 121. That is, the second magnetic barrier extension 124 is located at the end of the two second permanent magnet slots 1221 in the fourth V-shaped slot group 126 near the outer edge of the second rotor lamination 121.
[0133] Specifically, in the embodiments of this application, the first V-shaped groove group 115 may be located inside the second V-shaped groove group 116, and the third V-shaped groove group 125 may be located inside the fourth V-shaped groove group 126.
[0134] Based on the above embodiments, at least two rotor assemblies may further include: a third rotor assembly 130 (see...) Figure 8A As shown in the figure, the third rotor assembly 130 can be located between the first rotor assembly 110 and the second rotor assembly 120. At this time, there are three rotor assemblies in the rotor 100, one side of the third rotor assembly 130 is in contact with the first rotor assembly 110, and the other side of the third rotor assembly 130 is in contact with the second rotor assembly 120.
[0135] Specifically, see Figure 8B As shown, the third rotor assembly 130 may include at least a plurality of third rotor laminations 131 stacked along the axial direction of the rotor 100, wherein each third rotor lamination 131 in the third rotor assembly 130 is identical.
[0136] Among them, see Figure 9 As shown, each third rotor lamination 131 may have multiple third permanent magnet slot groups 132. The multiple third permanent magnet slot groups 132 are evenly arranged along the circumferential direction of each third rotor lamination 131. Each third permanent magnet slot group 132 may include: at least one third permanent magnet slot 1321, and a third permanent magnet 133 is provided in each third permanent magnet slot 1321.
[0137] Along the axial direction of the rotor 100, the third permanent magnet slot 1321 at the same corresponding position is connected to the first permanent magnet slot 1121 and the second permanent magnet slot 1221.
[0138] It should be noted that, in the embodiments of this application, the circumferential direction of the third rotor lamination 131 refers to the direction along the outer peripheral wall of the first rotor lamination 111.
[0139] By providing a third rotor assembly 130 within the rotor 100, the third rotor assembly 130 is coaxially arranged with the first rotor assembly 110 and the second rotor assembly 120. The third rotor assembly 130 may include at least a plurality of third rotor laminations 131 stacked along the axial direction of the rotor 100. Each third rotor lamination 131 has a plurality of third permanent magnet slots 132 evenly arranged along the circumferential direction of the third rotor lamination 131. Each third permanent magnet slot 132 may include at least one third permanent magnet slot 1321 for placing a third permanent magnet 133. In this way, the design dimension of the rotor 100 can be increased based on the first rotor assembly 110 and the second rotor assembly 120.
[0140] See Figure 9 and Figure 10 As shown in the embodiments of this application, each third permanent magnet slot 1321 may include: a third main slot 1322, a fifth magnetic barrier 1323 and a sixth magnetic barrier 1324, wherein one end of the third main slot 1322 is connected to the fifth magnetic barrier 1323 and the other end of the third main slot 1322 is connected to the sixth magnetic barrier 1324, and the third main slot 1322 is used to accommodate the third permanent magnet 133.
[0141] The orthographic projection of the third main groove 1322 in the axial direction of the rotor 100 overlaps with the orthographic projection of the first main groove 1122 in the axial direction of the rotor 100 and the orthographic projection of the second main groove 1222 in the axial direction of the rotor 100. By designing the third permanent magnet slot 1321 on the third rotor lamination 131 to include a connected third main slot 1322, a fifth magnetic barrier 1323, and a sixth magnetic barrier 1324, the third main slot 1322 is used to accommodate the third permanent magnet 133. The orthographic projection of the third main slot 1322 in the axial direction of the rotor 100 overlaps with the orthographic projections of the first main slot 1122 and the second main slot 1222 in the axial direction of the rotor 100. This ensures that the orthographic projection of the third permanent magnet 133 in the axial direction of the rotor 100 overlaps with the orthographic projections of the first permanent magnet 113 and the second permanent magnet 123 in the axial direction of the rotor 100. The positions of the corresponding permanent magnets in the axial direction of the rotor 100 are consistent, which facilitates the smooth implementation of the magnet insertion and magnetization process.
[0142] In addition, the fifth magnetic barrier 1323 can be connected with the first magnetic barrier 1123 and the third magnetic barrier 1223 in the axial direction of the rotor 100, and the sixth magnetic barrier 1324 can be connected with the second magnetic barrier 1124 and the fourth magnetic barrier 1224 in the axial direction of the rotor 100. This ensures that the end of the third permanent magnet groove 1321 is connected with the end of the first permanent magnet groove 1121 and the end of the second permanent magnet groove 1221 in the axial direction of the rotor 100, thereby significantly reducing the injection pressure of the rotor 100.
[0143] It should be noted that in this embodiment, the first permanent magnet 113, the second permanent magnet 123, and the third permanent magnet 133 that are opposite each other in the axial direction of the rotor 100 are identical. The first permanent magnet 113, the second permanent magnet 123, and the third permanent magnet 133 that are opposite each other in the axial direction of the rotor 100 are identical; for example, the dimensions and materials of the first permanent magnet 113, the second permanent magnet 123, and the third permanent magnet 133 are consistent, which facilitates the unified management of the magnet materials and the smooth implementation of the magnet insertion and magnetization processes.
[0144] It is understood that, in the embodiments of this application, the specific configuration of each third permanent magnet slot group 132 may include, but is not limited to, the following possible implementation methods:
[0145] The first possible implementation is that each third permanent magnet slot group 132 may include: a third permanent magnet slot 1321 (see...) Figure 10 As shown), the multiple third permanent magnet slots 1321 in the multiple third permanent magnet slot groups 132 can be evenly arranged along the circumferential direction of the third rotor lamination 131.
[0146] The second possible implementation is that each third permanent magnet slot group 132 may include two third permanent magnet slots 1321, which may be symmetrically distributed along the radial direction of the third rotor lamination 131.
[0147] It should be noted that, in the embodiments of this application, the radial direction of the third rotor lamination 131 refers to the direction along the diameter of the third rotor lamination 131.
[0148] In this embodiment, the two third permanent magnet slots 1321 may be distributed in a V-shape along the radial direction of the third rotor lamination 131.
[0149] Specifically, one end of one of the two third permanent magnet slots 1321 is relatively close to one end of the other of the two third permanent magnet slots 1321, and the other end of one of the two third permanent magnet slots 1321 is relatively far away from the other end of the other of the two third permanent magnet slots 1321.
[0150] The third possible implementation is as follows: each first permanent magnet slot group 112 may include three third permanent magnet slots 1321, two of the three third permanent magnet slots 1321 may be symmetrically distributed along the radial direction of the third rotor lamination 131, and the other third permanent magnet slot 1321 may be located between the two third permanent magnet slots 1321.
[0151] Specifically, two of the three third permanent magnet slots 1321 may be arranged in a V-shape along the radial direction of the third rotor lamination 131, and the other third permanent magnet slot 1321 may be located between the two third permanent magnet slots 1321.
[0152] The fourth possible implementation is as follows: each third permanent magnet slot group 132 may include: four third permanent magnet slots 1321, two of the four third permanent magnet slots 1321 may be symmetrically distributed along the radial direction of the third rotor lamination 131, and the other two of the four third permanent magnet slots 1321 may be symmetrically distributed along the radial direction of the third rotor lamination 131.
[0153] See Figure 9 As shown in the embodiment of this application, two of the four third permanent magnet slots 1321 may be distributed in a V-shape along the radial direction of the third rotor lamination 131, and the other two of the four third permanent magnet slots 1321 may be distributed in a V-shape along the radial direction of the third rotor lamination 131.
[0154] Specifically, in this embodiment, two of the four third permanent magnet slots 1321 can be fifth V-shaped slot groups 134. One end of one of the third permanent magnet slots 1321 in the fifth V-shaped slot group 134 is relatively close to one end of the other third permanent magnet slot 1321 in the fifth V-shaped slot group 134, and the other end of one of the third permanent magnet slots 1321 in the two fifth V-shaped slot groups 134 is relatively far away from the other end of the other third permanent magnet slot 1321 in the two fifth V-shaped slot groups 134.
[0155] The other two third permanent magnet slots 1321 in the four first permanent magnet slots 1121 can be a sixth V-shaped slot group 135. One end of one of the third permanent magnet slots 1321 in the sixth V-shaped slot group 135 is relatively close to one end of the other third permanent magnet slot 1321 in the sixth V-shaped slot group 135, and the other end of one of the third permanent magnet slots 1321 in the two sixth V-shaped slot groups 135 is relatively far away from the other end of the other third permanent magnet slot 1321 in the two sixth V-shaped slot groups 135.
[0156] It should be noted that, in the embodiments of this application, the fifth V-shaped groove group 134 may be located inside the sixth V-shaped groove group 135.
[0157] It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the number of rotor assemblies in rotor 100 can also be four, five, six, or more. The specific number of rotor assemblies can be flexibly set according to the needs of the actual application scenario, and this embodiment does not limit this.
[0158] For example, in this embodiment of the application, the number of rotor assemblies in rotor 100 can be four. Based on rotor 100 including first rotor assembly 110 and second rotor assembly 120, rotor 100 may further include: fourth rotor assembly 140 and fifth rotor assembly 150, which may be located between first rotor assembly 110 and second rotor assembly 120 (see...). Figure 11 (As shown), or, the first rotor assembly 110 and the second rotor assembly 120 may be located between the fourth rotor assembly 140 and the fifth rotor assembly 150, with the fourth rotor assembly 140 and the fifth rotor assembly 150 being coaxially arranged with the first rotor assembly 110 and the second rotor assembly 120. In this case, the fourth rotor assembly 140 may have the same structure as one of the first rotor assembly 110 and the second rotor assembly 120, and the fifth rotor assembly 150 may have the same structure as the other of the first rotor assembly 110 and the second rotor assembly 120.
[0159] Based on the above embodiments, this application also provides a permanent magnet motor, which may include at least one stator structure (not shown in the figure) and at least one rotor 100 as described above, wherein the rotor 100 and the stator structure are arranged alternately along the axial direction of the permanent magnet motor.
[0160] The permanent magnet motor provided in this application embodiment may include a rotor 100. In the rotor 100, the first rotor assembly 110 and the second rotor assembly 120 adopt an axial combination structure. The magnetic field offset between the first rotor assembly 110 and the second rotor assembly 120 can be realized through the first magnetic barrier extension 114 in the first rotor lamination 111 and the second magnetic barrier extension 124 in the second rotor lamination 121, thereby reducing the torque between the first rotor assembly 110 and the second rotor assembly 120. This can optimize the NVH performance of the permanent magnet motor while simplifying the production process, thereby avoiding the problem that the overall process difficulty of the rotor 100 is high, resulting in low production efficiency of the permanent magnet motor. This is conducive to the mass production of the rotor 100 and the permanent magnet motor.
[0161] By incorporating the aforementioned rotor 100 into the permanent magnet motor, the manufacturing process of the rotor 100 is less complex, resulting in a lower manufacturing difficulty and higher production efficiency for the permanent magnet motor. This allows for improved mass production of the permanent magnet motor while optimizing its performance.
[0162] In addition, it is understood that in the embodiments of this application, the permanent magnet motor can be a dual-rotor single-stator permanent magnet motor, that is, the two rotors 100 can be located on both sides of a stator structure respectively.
[0163] This application also provides a powertrain, which may include at least the aforementioned permanent magnet motor.
[0164] The powertrain provided in this application embodiment may include at least a permanent magnet motor, which may include at least a rotor 100. In the rotor 100, the first rotor assembly 110 and the second rotor assembly 120 adopt an axial combination structure. The magnetic field offset between the first rotor assembly 110 and the second rotor assembly 120 can be achieved by the first magnetic barrier extension 114 in the first rotor lamination 111 and the second magnetic barrier extension 124 in the second rotor lamination 121, thereby reducing the torque between the first rotor assembly 110 and the second rotor assembly 120.
[0165] By incorporating the aforementioned permanent magnet motor into the powertrain, the rotor 100 of the permanent magnet motor is less difficult to manufacture, resulting in a lower manufacturing difficulty and higher production efficiency, thereby optimizing the overall performance of the powertrain.
[0166] In addition, this application embodiment also provides a vehicle, which may include at least: front wheels, rear wheels, a vehicle body and the aforementioned permanent magnet motor, wherein the vehicle body may be connected between the front wheels and the rear wheels, and the permanent magnet motor may be mounted on the vehicle body.
[0167] It is understood that permanent magnet motors are used to power vehicles. The permanent magnet motor in this application has a compact structure, high structural strength, and high torque and power density. Its compact structure saves on the size of the permanent magnet motor, thus saving interior space when applied in vehicles. The vehicle may include automobiles, etc. In other embodiments, the vehicle may include electric vehicles or special-purpose vehicles. Electric vehicles may include two-wheeled, three-wheeled, or four-wheeled electric vehicles, and special-purpose vehicles may include various vehicles with specific functions, such as emergency rescue vehicles, water trucks, sewage suction trucks, cement mixer trucks, crane trucks, or medical vehicles.
[0168] The vehicle provided in this application embodiment may include at least a permanent magnet motor, which may include at least a rotor 100.
[0169] By installing the aforementioned permanent magnet motor in the vehicle, the manufacturing process of the rotor 100 of the permanent magnet motor is less difficult, resulting in a lower manufacturing difficulty and higher production efficiency. This, in turn, reduces the manufacturing difficulty of the vehicle and increases its production efficiency, thereby optimizing the vehicle's performance and safety.
