Abstract

The application discloses a kind of drying room exhaust device and its operation process, drying room lower exhaust port is equipped with exhaust evaporator, the air outlet of exhaust evaporator is communicated with upper return air duct by lower return air duct, the outlet of upper return air duct is equipped with condenser, the inlet of condenser is connected with the outlet of compressor by pipeline, the inlet of compressor is connected with the outlet of exhaust evaporator by pipeline, the inlet of exhaust evaporator is connected with the outlet of throttling device by pipeline and series exhaust solenoid valve, the inlet of throttling device is connected with the outlet of condenser by pipeline, the inlet of compressor is connected with the outlet of main evaporator by pipeline simultaneously, the inlet of main evaporator is connected with the outlet of throttling device by pipeline and series main solenoid valve simultaneously.A kind of operation process of drying room exhaust device, comprising the following steps:1) drying room enters drying temperature rising stage, 2) drying room enters temperature control exhaust stage, 3) drying room enters drying and intermittent exhaust stage.The application has the advantages of low energy consumption.
