Description

Technical Field

[0001] This disclosure relates to the field of mobile communication technology, and in particular to a wireless resource scheduling method, base station, terminal, device and communication system. Background Technology

[0002] In DSS (Dynamic Spectrum Sharing) networks, to avoid conflicts between the main signals of NR (New Radio) and LTE (Long Term Evolution) (such as CRS, PBCH (Physical Broadcast Channel) / SS (Synchronization Signal), SIB1 (System Information Block Type 1), Msg2 / 4, Paging, etc. on the LTE side, and SSB (Synchronization Signal and PBCH block), SIB1, Msg2 / 4, Paging, DMRS (Demodulation Reference Signal, etc.) on the NR side), the MBSFN (Multicast Broadcast Single Frequency Network) subframe (M-frame for short) scheme and the CRS (Cell Reference Signal) punching scheme (i.e., rate matching scheme) emerged.

[0003] The M-frame structure in DSS mode is shown in the attached figure. Figure 1 As shown, the last 12 symbols are consecutive blank time-frequency resources.

[0004] Under the CRS punching scheme, the CRS distribution of MBSFN subframes in a multicast network is as follows: Figure 2A As shown, the CRS distribution of the 4-Port LTE subframe is as follows: Figure 2B As shown. [0033] The technical solutions of this disclosure will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0034] The inventors discovered that in order to avoid a large number of important signals in NR and LTE under DSS mode, it is necessary to use a combination of the M-subframe scheme and the CRS punching scheme. However, under the CRS punching scheme, the terminal avoids the symbol bits occupied by CRS, which means that when transmitting data using the M-subframe scheme, the corresponding symbol bits cannot be used, resulting in a waste of spectrum resources.

[0035] Flowcharts of some embodiments of the radio resource scheduling method performed by the base station side in this disclosure are as follows: Figure 3 As shown.

[0036] In step 310, the base station determines the downlink spectrum utilization status based on the current spectrum utilization mode. If the current spectrum utilization mode is determined to be DSS mode, the MBSFN subframe does not carry CRS, thus all the last 12 symbol bits of the MBSFN subframe can be used to carry data.

[0037] In step 320, the base station generates RRC information based on the current spectrum utilization mode. If the current spectrum utilization mode is DSS mode, the base station determines to set the DSS indication information in the RRC information to a first value. This first value is the DSS mode identifier so as to inform the terminal that no puncturing is required when parsing downlink data.

[0038] In step 330, the base station sends RRC information to the terminal so that the terminal can parse the full-band signal of its own downlink data frequency band according to the DSS indication information.

[0039] In this way, the base station can inform the terminal of the current downlink data mode through RRC information. When using the M-subframe scheme and CRS punching scheme in combination, the terminal can promptly determine the spectrum status occupied by the current downlink effective information. This allows the base station to use all the last 12 symbol bits of the MBSFN subframe to carry data when using DSS mode, without worrying that the information cannot be parsed by the terminal, thereby improving the utilization rate of downlink spectrum resources.

[0040] In some embodiments, in step 310 above, if the base station determines that the current spectrum utilization mode is non-DSS mode, it determines that CRS is carried through MBSFN subframes and LTE subframes.

[0041] In step 320 above, when the current spectrum utilization mode is non-DSS mode, the base station determines to set the DSS indication information in the RRC information to the second value, so that the terminal can punch holes in the corresponding frequency symbol bits of the CRS carried in the MBSFN subframe or LTE subframe according to the DSS indication information.

[0042] In this way, the base station can inform the terminal of the current downlink data mode through RRC information. When using the M-subframe scheme and the CRS punching scheme in combination, the terminal can promptly determine the spectrum status occupied by the current downlink effective information. The terminal can promptly switch to the downlink parsing strategy of the CRS punching scheme in non-DSS mode, thereby avoiding the parsing of CRS symbol bits and achieving effective compatibility with the CRS punching scheme.

[0043] In some embodiments, the DSS indication information occupies 1 bit and has a value of 0 or 1. For example, the first value of the DSS indication information is 1 and the second value is 0, so that the terminal determines to use DSS mode when the DSS indication information is 1, and determines to use non-DSS mode when the DSS indication information is 0. In some embodiments, the base station can generate RateMatchPatternLTE-CRS information according to the current spectrum utilization mode, add DSS indication information to the RateMatchPatternLTE-CRS information, such as adding the field "IsDSSorNot", occupying 1 bit space, and carry the RateMatchPatternLTE-CRS information through RRC information.

[0044] This method avoids increasing the information parsing burden on the terminal, improves the terminal's response efficiency, and avoids the pressure of RRC information transmission; it also requires minimal modification to the RRC information, which is beneficial for implementation.

[0045] In some embodiments, when the base station is in a non-DSS spectrum utilization mode, if the downlink signal is an MBSFN subframe, it determines that the RRC information includes an MBSFN subframe configuration list (such as mbsfn-SubframeConfigList) so that the terminal can determine the corresponding frequency symbol bit to be punched in the MBSFN subframe carrying CRS based on the MBSFN subframe configuration list; if the downlink signal is an LTE subframe, it determines that the RRC information does not include the MBSFN subframe configuration list so that the terminal can determine the corresponding frequency symbol bit to be punched in the LTE subframe carrying CRS if it determines that the MBSFN subframe configuration list is not included in the RRC.

[0046] This method enables the compatible use of LTE and M-frames under the CRS punching scheme while maintaining compatibility with both the M-frame and CRS punching schemes, thereby improving the reliability of downlink data transmission.

[0047] Flowcharts of some embodiments of the wireless resource scheduling method executed by the terminal side in this disclosure are as follows: Figure 4 As shown.

[0048] In step 410, the terminal receives RRC information from the base station.

[0049] In step 421, the downlink demodulation spectrum resources are determined based on the DSS indication information in the RRC information. In some embodiments, the terminal may read the RateMatchPatternLTE-CRS information in the DSS indication information and then parse the symbol bit information corresponding to the DSS indication information from it. In some embodiments, if the DSS indication information is a first value, then step 431 is executed.

[0050] In step 431, the terminal determines that it is in the DSS network, and thus resolves the full-band signal of its downlink data frequency band.

[0051] In this way, the terminal can promptly obtain the current downlink data mode through RRC information. When using the M-subframe scheme and CRS punching scheme in combination, the terminal can parse all the last 12 symbol bits of the MBSFN subframe in DSS mode, improving the reliability of downlink data transmission. The base station can use all the last 12 symbol bits of the MBSFN subframe for data transmission in DSS mode without reserving invalid CRS bits, thereby improving the utilization rate of downlink spectrum resources. In addition, the terminal does not need to perform unnecessary punching operations, reducing the burden on the terminal.

[0052] In some embodiments, such as Figure 4As shown, in step 421 above, if the terminal determines that the DSS indication information is the second value, it is determined that it is currently in an LTE network environment. During the downlink data parsing process, it is necessary to punch holes in the corresponding frequency symbol bits of CRS carried in the MBSFN subframe or LTE subframe.

[0053] In this way, the terminal can promptly learn the current downlink data mode through RRC information, enabling it to switch to the downlink parsing strategy of CRS punching in non-DSS mode when using the M-subframe scheme and CRS punching scheme in a mixed manner, thereby avoiding the parsing of CRS symbol bits and achieving effective compatibility with CRS punching scheme.

[0054] In some embodiments, such as Figure 4 As shown, if the DSS indication information is determined to be the second value in step 421 above, step 422 can be executed.

[0055] In step 422, the terminal determines that the RRC information includes MBSFN subframe configuration list information. In some embodiments, the terminal may read RateMatchPatternLTE-CRS information to determine whether it carries mbsfn-SubframeConfigList information.

[0056] If the terminal determines that the RRC information includes MBSFN subframe configuration list information, then proceed to step 432; otherwise, proceed to step 433.

[0057] In step 432, the terminal determines that the current subframe is an M subframe, and then punches holes in the corresponding frequency symbol bit of the CRS carried in the MBSFN subframe.

[0058] In step 433, the terminal determines that the current subframe is an LTE subframe, and then punches holes in the corresponding frequency symbol bits of the CRS carried in the LTE subframe.

[0059] This method enables the compatible use of LTE and M-frames under the CRS punching scheme while maintaining compatibility with both the M-frame and CRS punching schemes, thereby improving the reliability of downlink data transmission.

[0060] Schematic diagrams of some embodiments of the base station disclosed herein are shown below. Figure 5 As shown.

[0061] The frequency utilization determination unit 51 is able to determine the downlink spectrum utilization status based on the current spectrum utilization mode. When the current spectrum utilization mode is determined to be DSS mode, multiple MBSFN subframes do not carry CRS, thus all the last 12 symbol bits of the MBSFN subframe can be used to carry data.

[0062] RRC information generation unit 52 can generate RRC information according to the current spectrum utilization mode. When the current spectrum utilization mode is DSS mode, it determines and sets the DSS indication information in the RRC information to a first value. The first value is the DSS mode identifier so as to inform the terminal that no puncturing is required when parsing downlink data.

[0063] RRC information sending unit 53 can send RRC information to the terminal so that the terminal can parse the full-band signal of its own downlink data frequency band according to the DSS indication information.

[0064] Such a base station can inform the terminal of the current downlink data mode through RRC information, so that when using the M subframe scheme and CRS punching scheme in combination, the terminal can promptly determine the spectrum status occupied by the current downlink effective information. This allows the base station to use all the last 12 symbol bits of the MBSFN subframe to carry data in the DSS mode without worrying that the information cannot be parsed by the terminal, thereby improving the utilization rate of downlink spectrum resources.

[0065] In some embodiments, the frequency utilization determination unit 51 can also determine, when the current spectrum utilization mode is determined to be a non-DSS mode, to carry CRS through MBSFN subframes and LTE subframes. The RRC information generation unit 52 can also determine, when the current spectrum utilization mode is a non-DSS mode, to set the DSS indication information in the RRC information to a second value, so that the terminal punches holes in the corresponding frequency symbol bits of the CRS carried in the MBSFN subframe or LTE subframe according to the DSS indication information.

[0066] Such a base station can inform the terminal of the current downlink data mode through RRC information, so that when using the M-subframe scheme and the CRS punching scheme in combination, the terminal can promptly determine the spectrum status occupied by the current downlink effective information. The terminal can promptly switch to the downlink parsing strategy of the CRS punching scheme in non-DSS mode, thereby avoiding the parsing of CRS symbol bits and achieving effective compatibility with the CRS punching scheme.

[0067] In some embodiments, the RRC information generation unit 52 can also, when the current spectrum utilization mode is non-DSS mode, determine that the RRC information includes MBSFN subframe configuration list (such as mbsfn-SubframeConfigList) information if the downlink signal is an MBSFN subframe, so that the terminal can determine the corresponding frequency symbol bit to be punched in the MBSFN subframe carrying CRS according to the MBSFN subframe configuration list; if the downlink signal is an LTE subframe, determine that the RRC information does not include MBSFN subframe configuration list, so that the terminal can determine the corresponding frequency symbol bit to be punched in the LTE subframe carrying CRS if the RRC does not include MBSFN subframe configuration list.

[0068] Such a base station is compatible with both the M-subframe scheme and the CRS punch-hole scheme, and enables the compatible use of LTE and M-subframes under the CRS punch-hole scheme, thereby improving the reliability of downlink data transmission.

[0069] Schematic diagrams of some embodiments of the terminal disclosed herein are as follows: Figure 6 As shown.

[0070] The control information receiving unit 61 is capable of receiving RRC information from the base station.

[0071] The scheduling determination unit 62 is capable of determining the downlink demodulation spectrum resources based on the DSS indication information in the RRC information. In some embodiments, the terminal can read the RateMatchPatternLTE-CRS information in the DSS indication information and then parse the symbol bit information corresponding to the DSS indication information. In some embodiments, if the DSS indication information is a first value, the scheduling determination unit 62 parses the full-band signal of the terminal's downlink data frequency band.

[0072] Such a terminal can promptly obtain the current downlink data mode through RRC information, enabling it to parse all the last 12 symbol bits of the MBSFN subframe in DSS mode when using a hybrid M-subframe scheme and CRS punching scheme, thus improving the reliability of downlink data transmission. The base station can use all the last 12 symbol bits of the MBSFN subframe for data transmission in DSS mode without reserving invalid CRS bits, thereby improving the utilization of spectrum resources. In addition, the terminal does not need to perform unnecessary punching operations, reducing the burden on the terminal.

[0073] In some embodiments, the scheduling determination unit 62 can also determine that the current location is an LTE network environment if the read DSS indication information is a second value, and that the corresponding frequency symbol bit of the CRS needs to be punched in the MBSFN subframe or LTE subframe during the downlink data parsing process.

[0074] Such a terminal can promptly obtain the current downlink data mode through RRC information, enabling it to switch to the downlink parsing strategy of the CRS punching scheme in non-DSS mode when using the M-subframe scheme and the CRS punching scheme in a mixed manner, thereby avoiding the parsing of the CRS symbol bits and achieving effective compatibility with the CRS punching scheme.

[0075] In some embodiments, the scheduling determination unit 62 can further determine that the RRC information includes MBSFN subframe configuration list information if the read DSS indication information is a second value. If the scheduling determination unit 62 determines that the RRC information includes MBSFN subframe configuration list information, then the current subframe is determined to be an M subframe, and the corresponding frequency symbol bit of the CRS carried in the MBSFN subframe needs to be punched during downlink data parsing; if the scheduling determination unit 62 determines that the RRC information does not include MBSFN subframe configuration list information, then the current subframe is determined to be an LTE subframe, and the corresponding frequency symbol bit of the CRS carried in the LTE subframe needs to be punched during downlink data parsing.

[0076] Such terminals are compatible with both the M-subframe scheme and the CRS punch-hole scheme, while also enabling the compatible use of LTE and M-subframes under the CRS punch-hole scheme, thereby improving the reliability of downlink data transmission.
