Abstract

This invention provides a cooking device and its control method, as well as a computer storage medium. The control method includes: performing phytic acid separation treatment on food ingredients; during the phytic acid separation process, detecting and determining whether the endpoint marker information meets preset conditions; and ending the phytic acid separation process when the endpoint marker information meets the preset conditions. In this solution, preset conditions are set for one or more endpoint marker information during the phytic acid separation process. By determining whether the endpoint marker information meets the corresponding preset conditions, the completion of the phytic acid separation process can be accurately determined. Specifically, when the endpoint marker information meets the preset conditions, the separation process can be ended, thereby achieving rapid and automatic identification of the endpoint of grains and other food ingredients during the phytic acid separation process. This avoids the phenomenon of insufficient or excessive phytic acid separation time for food ingredients due to prolonged phytic acid separation.
