Abstract

This disclosure provides a method, apparatus, and electronic device for generating electronic medical records, relating to computer technology, particularly to medical form design and medical form data management. The specific implementation scheme is as follows: determining the form attributes of the electronic medical record to be created, including the target form data acquisition method (structured extraction or manual entry); displaying field attribute configuration items that match the target form data acquisition method; determining the target field configuration for the selected field based on the editing operations on the field attribute configuration items; and generating the electronic medical record based on the target field configurations corresponding to multiple fields. This reduces the complexity for users creating diverse electronic medical records and improves the efficiency of creating such reports.
