Emergency brake control method of slave motor train unit of motor train set and corresponding motor train set

By collecting the coupler status and issuing braking commands through the microcomputer control system of the EMU, the emergency braking problem of the slave-controlled EMU when the coupler unexpectedly separates is solved, realizing automatic emergency braking, avoiding accidents and ensuring safety.

Abstract

The present disclosure provides a method for controlling emergency braking of a slave motor train unit of a motor train set and a corresponding motor train set. The method comprises: S1, a microcomputer control system of the slave motor train unit of the motor train set collects a state signal of a coupler connecting a master motor train unit and the slave motor train unit; S2, the microcomputer control system judges a state of the coupler, the state of the coupler including an unexpected separation state, the unexpected separation state being that the slave motor train unit is in a non-stationary state and the coupler is in a disconnected position state; S3, when the coupler is in the unexpected separation state, the microcomputer control system sends a braking instruction to an emergency braking electric control valve of the slave motor train unit; S4, the emergency braking electric control valve applies emergency braking to the slave motor train unit; and S5, when the slave motor train unit is stationary, the microcomputer control system stops outputting the braking instruction to the emergency braking electric control valve. The present disclosure enables the running slave motor train unit to automatically apply emergency braking when the coupler is unexpectedly separated, avoids runaway accidents, and protects the safety of the train set and passengers.
