An edl module for pure water production and a method of using the same

Abstract

The application discloses an EDI module for pure water production and a use method thereof, which comprises a shell, a screening assembly, a cooling assembly and a detection assembly, the inner wall of the shell is inlaid with the screening assembly, one end of the water inlet head is provided with a water flowing tank, the outer wall of the water flowing tank is provided with a water inlet pipe, the inner wall of the water flowing tank is provided with a filter plate, and the bottom of the water flowing tank is provided with a sewage groove. The EDI module water source can be filtered through the screening assembly and the filter plate. When the EDI module is used to produce pure water, the prepared water source enters the inside of the water flowing tank through the water inlet head, the filter plate filters and screens the large impurities carried by the water source in the water flowing tank, the filtered water source flows into the inside of the separation chamber through the water inlet pipe, the large impurities in the water source can be filtered and screened, and thus, when the EDI module prepares pure water, the impurities can be effectively prevented from entering the inside of the EDI module to cause the pipeline blockage in the EDI module.
