Abstract
The application discloses a new reconfigurable phase transmission array unit based on complementary Huygens cells, which is applied to the field of communication and aims at solving the problem that it is difficult to reduce insertion loss and structural thickness while realizing complete 360-degree phase change range in the prior art. The application realizes 360-degree reconfigurable wide phase range through the use of a double-layer structure, wherein each layer is realized by a slot-opened square ring resonator and a slot metal capacitor integrated with a variable capacitance diode in the middle structure. A design method based on an infinite array equivalent simulation model of Floquet mode ports and master-slave boundaries is adopted to simulate and optimize the geometric size of the unit. Finally, an additional dielectric film layer is introduced in the middle or upper part of the two layers to improve impedance matching and expand the reconfigurable phase range.
