A method and system for primary frequency regulation and automatic generation control

Abstract

The application provides a primary frequency modulation and automatic power generation control method and system, the method comprising: setting a first communication measuring point and a second communication measuring point between a primary frequency modulation system and an energy management system in advance, sending a first heartbeat signal by the first communication measuring point and sending a second heartbeat signal by the second communication measuring point, performing safety checking on the primary frequency modulation on-off quantity signal, the first heartbeat signal and a primary frequency modulation instruction signal by the energy management system, determining that the safety checking is passed when a preset condition is met, executing an automatic power generation control instruction when the preset condition is not met, detecting the primary frequency modulation on-off quantity signal and the second heartbeat signal by the energy management system after the safety checking is passed, executing a primary frequency modulation system instruction when a condition is met, and executing the automatic power generation control instruction when the condition is not met. The application can solve the problem of the absence of safety checking of active power instructions executed by an EMS of a wind power plant.
