Device for recycling metal from waste circuit boards

Abstract

The invention discloses a device for recycling metals from waste circuit boards, which solves the problem that the sulfuric acid in the existing sulfuric acid pool has poor fluidity, so that the circuit boards cannot be completely immersed, thereby reducing the metal recovery efficiency. The device comprises: a metal recovery part, which comprises a metal recovery seat and a metal recovery tank arranged in the metal recovery seat, wherein a metal extracting liquid is stored in the metal recovery tank; a metal immersion mechanism arranged in the metal recovery seat, wherein the metal immersion mechanism is used to immerse the circuit board crushed objects to be extracted in the metal recovery tank; the metal immersion mechanism comprises: a metal supporting component, which is arranged in the metal recovery tank and is used to place the circuit board to be processed; an immersion adjusting component connected to the metal supporting component; the present application provides an immersion adjusting component, and the setting of the immersion adjusting component realizes the adjustment of the position of the crushed circuit board, so that the metal extracting liquid is in full contact with the circuit board, thereby improving the metal recovery efficiency.
