An optical cone measurement sensor

Abstract

This invention discloses an optical cone measurement sensor. The optical path adjustment module (3) contains two optical paths that form a fixed incident angle with the plane mirror (2). Visible light rays pass through the plane mirror (2) and enter the optical path adjustment module, where they are received by a photosensitive device (7) and converted into a current signal. The photoelectric conversion module (4) converts the current into a voltage signal. The signal conditioning module (6) amplifies, shapes, and modulates the voltage signal, converting it into a photoelectric pulse signal. The digital processing module (5) triggers a timer by acquiring the edge signal of the photoelectric pulse signal, and calculates the flapping height and swing angle of the blade. This invention achieves the final calculation of cone data within the optical cone measurement sensor, reducing signal loss and interference during external transmission, resulting in higher accuracy of the calculated cone data.
