Multi-tab lithium-ion battery tab shaping device and shaping method

Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of lithium battery processing equipment, and particularly relates to a multi-tab lithium-ion battery tab shaping device and a shaping method. It includes shaping clamping plates, which are two flat plates that can move relative to each other to clamp; a double-acting cylinder drives the two shaping clamping plates to move back and forth towards the tab to be shaped. The tab guiding device includes a plurality of guiding rods arranged side by side. The guiding rod includes a rectangular rod portion, a curved cylindrical portion, and a supporting rod portion. The cross-section of the rectangular rod portion is rectangular, and the two side surfaces are parallel to the side surfaces of the shaping clamping plates. The side surfaces of the rectangular rod portions between the two guiding rods are parallel, and the rectangular rod portion is located between the two shaping clamping plates. The cross-section of the curved cylindrical portion is circular. In this device, the supporting rod is fixed on the fixed groove through a fixing member. By adjusting the number of supporting rods and their positions and intervals in the base slit, it can adapt to the tab shaping of various multi-tab lithium-ion batteries. Moreover, the double-acting cylinder can ensure that after multiple uses, the tab shaping clamping plates do not rotate or cause problems that affect the consistency of tab shaping.
