A thermostability-enhanced d-mannose isomerase mutant

Abstract

The application discloses a D-mannose isomerase mutant with enhanced thermostability and belongs to the field of enzyme engineering. The application provides a D-mannose isomerase mutant with improved thermostability, wherein the amino acid sequence of the D-mannose isomerase mutant is different from SEQ ID NO:1 at the 241th position, the 116th position, the 379th position or the 253th position. Among them, the D-mannose isomerase mutant A241P has improved specific enzyme activity and stability compared with the parent enzyme, and the half-life at 50 DEG C is increased from 18.87 min to 43.35 min, and the specific enzyme activity is increased by 150%.
