A tunnel support device

Abstract

The tunnel support device comprises a connecting plate, a buffer unit and a stress detection unit, the connecting plate is used for connecting with an arched steel frame, and the connecting plate comprises a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate; the buffer unit comprises an extrusion rod vertically extending from the surface of the first connecting plate and an extrusion rod seat vertically extending from the surface of the second connecting plate; the extrusion rod seat is concave from the surface of the end far from the second connecting plate to form an extrusion cavity; a plurality of disc springs are arranged in the extrusion cavity in sequence in the vertical direction from the bottom of the extrusion cavity; the disc springs are concave from the outer periphery to the inside to form a buffer cavity; the stress detection unit is used for judging the stress change of the surrounding rock of the tunnel and feeding back to the terminal in real time; and the tunnel support device is arranged between two sections of arched steel frames. The tunnel support device can play a buffering role on the arched steel frame during the stress release of the tunnel, and can support the tunnel for a long time after the stress release of the tunnel.
