An operating system exception positioning method, device, equipment and storage medium

Abstract

The present disclosure provides a system exception positioning method, device, equipment and storage medium, the method comprises: when detecting that the computer appears an abnormal state, obtaining the log information of the Linux kernel and system of the computer; inputting the log information into a pre-trained exception positioning model to obtain a solution strategy corresponding to the abnormal state; and adjusting the source code of the Linux kernel and system based on the solution strategy to correct the abnormal state. By using the method, the log information of the Linux kernel and system when the computer appears an abnormal state can be analyzed by using the exception positioning model to determine the solution strategy corresponding to the abnormal state, and the solution strategy can assist kernel engineers in positioning the problem causing the computer to be abnormal and correcting the abnormal state, thereby improving the positioning and solution efficiency of the computer exception. Therefore, the method realizes bug positioning of the Linux kernel and system under the premise of reducing time and human resource consumption.
