A soft long pen refill filling machine and working method

Abstract

This invention provides a soft, long pen refill filling machine and its working method, belonging to the field of pen manufacturing technology. It includes: a frame and, sequentially arranged on the frame, a transport mechanism, a feeding and cutting mechanism, an ink injection mechanism, a pen tip implantation mechanism, a wax sealing mechanism, a post-ink injection mechanism, and a clamping mechanism. This invention utilizes the transport mechanism and the feeding and cutting mechanism to transport and cut a wound flexible tube into ultra-long pen refill tubes of 210-2400 mm. Then, ink is injected sequentially using the ink injection mechanism, the pen tip implantation mechanism implants the pen tip, the wax sealing mechanism applies wax to the pen tip, and the post-ink injection mechanism injects post-ink. Finally, the clamping mechanism clamps out the pen refill from its fixing cavity and places it into a collection device, achieving fully automated production of soft, long pen refills, saving time and effort while maintaining high efficiency. The pen refill fixing cavity and pressing mechanism firmly hold the pen refill in place, preventing the soft material from bending during processing and affecting the processing quality.
