By silencing lncRNA318.1 in cucumber and using VIGS technology to regulate plant disease resistance, the problem of unclear resistance to CGMMV in cucumber was solved, the resistance of cucumber to the virus was enhanced, and the foundation for breeding disease-resistant varieties was provided.

Abstract

The application discloses application of lncRNA and a related biomaterial thereof in regulation of plant disease resistance. A nucleotide sequence of the lncRNA molecule is SEQ ID No. 1 in the sequence listing. The application takes a cucumber with trans-lncRNA318.1 as a research object, studies influence of the lncRNA318.1 on damage degree of the diseased cucumber from a molecular biology perspective, and proves regulation of the lncRNA318.1 on a cucumber disease resistance pathway. The application has great significance for revealing functions of the lncRNA318.1 and cultivation of a new cucumber variety.
