Abstract
The application discloses application of lncRNA and a related biomaterial thereof in regulation of plant disease resistance. A nucleotide sequence of the lncRNA molecule is SEQ ID No. 1 in the sequence listing. The application takes a cucumber with trans-lncRNA318.1 as a research object, studies influence of the lncRNA318.1 on damage degree of the diseased cucumber from a molecular biology perspective, and proves regulation of the lncRNA318.1 on a cucumber disease resistance pathway. The application has great significance for revealing functions of the lncRNA318.1 and cultivation of a new cucumber variety.
