Abstract

The application provides a kind of open pouring process continuous casting billet temperature field and stress field coupling calculation method, and relates to continuous casting production technical field.The application divides the calculation process into two parts of sprouting stage and starting stage with starting to draw billet as boundary by referring to actual continuous casting open pouring process.Through real-time judgment liquid level position, continuously activate the casting billet unit in sprouting stage, simultaneously, different cooling boundary is selected according to the position of casting billet unit in crystallizer, the roller is set as rigid body according to the collected roller distribution diagram, the displacement boundary of casting billet is controlled to realize advancing along the direction of casting flow, continuously activate new casting billet unit at meniscus position, the position of model in casting flow is judged after each model update to further apply corresponding cooling condition, repeat the process until the model reaches the outlet of continuous casting machine, and the open pouring process is completely finished.Characteristic point temperature and stress and strain state of continuous casting billet are extracted in real time during calculation process, the position of solidification end is tracked, and the distribution of liquid-solid phase line along the casting flow is obtained.
