Abstract

The application provides a gearbox test system control method, the gearbox test system includes a hydraulic system and a recovery pump, the gearbox test system control method includes: inputting driving kinetic energy to the gearbox; controlling the hydraulic system to load the gearbox by wheel edge and output output kinetic energy according to the driving kinetic energy; controlling the hydraulic system to convert the output kinetic energy into hydraulic energy; recovering the hydraulic energy; through the above implementation mode, the driving of the gearbox controls the hydraulic motor of the hydraulic system to load the gearbox by wheel edge and output output kinetic energy, so that the transient loading of the gearbox can be realized, and various loading road spectrum requirements can be met; the hydraulic energy is converted into recovery kinetic energy by controlling the recovery pump; the recovery kinetic energy and the driving kinetic energy are coupled to obtain the combined kinetic energy, and the cost is much lower than the current electric power recovery scheme; and in the recovery process, through the stepless adjustment loading mode of the pump motor displacement ratio, the stepless speed regulation gearbox test demand can be adapted.
