A bogie vibration damping device assembly system

Abstract

This invention provides a bogie vibration damping device assembly system, relating to the technical field of railway freight car maintenance equipment. The system includes: a conveyor belt for transporting wedges and bolster springs to be assembled; a transfer robot, positioned on one side of the conveyor belt, for gripping the wedges and bolster springs from the conveyor belt; an assembly robot, positioned on the same side of the conveyor belt as the transfer robot, for receiving the wedges and bolster springs gripped by the transfer robot; and a bogie positioning system, positioned on the other side of the conveyor belt, for fixing the bogie and adjusting its posture to cooperate with the assembly robot in assembling the wedges and bolster springs. Based on the technical solution of this invention, fully automated assembly of wedges and bolster springs on the bogie can be achieved, adapting to challenging assembly scenarios, saving workspace, reducing manual intervention, and improving assembly efficiency.
