NU-88 molecular sieve, its preparation method and application

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of molecular sieves, and discloses the preparation of NU-88 molecular sieve, its preparation method, and its application. The method includes: hydrothermally crystallizing a silicon source and an aluminum source in the presence of an organic template agent and water; drying the solid product of the hydrothermally crystallized product, optionally, directly calcining the dried product, wherein the organic template agent includes at least one of the compounds shown in formula (1): in formula (1), n ​​is an integer from 4 to 6. This method avoids the introduction of inorganic alkali metal ions, can effectively broaden the material ratio of the synthesis system, improve the crystallinity and acidity of the molecular sieve, and shorten the post-processing steps of the molecular sieve, reducing the loss of molecular sieve and the discharge of ammonia nitrogen wastewater. The preparation steps are simple and environmentally friendly.
