A VCU control method, device and medium for electric loader

Abstract

The present application discloses a VCU control method, device and medium for an electric loader, the method comprising: a vehicle controller receives a power-on signal from the electric loader, and collects a safety signal from the electric loader, and performs fault detection according to the safety signal, wherein the safety signal includes but is not limited to a cab system signal, a five-in-one controller signal, an oil pump motor controller signal, and a battery management system signal; if the safety signal is fault-free, a power-on instruction is sent to the battery management system through the vehicle controller. The present application collects cab safety signals, five-in-one controller signals, and battery system signals through the vehicle controller VCU control system, obtains relevant information of the motor and battery system through the CAN bus, performs analysis and calculation, and gives motor control and battery management instructions to realize vehicle drive control, energy optimization control, and brake feedback control, thereby improving the energy utilization efficiency of the vehicle and ensuring the safety and reliability of the electric loader.
