The present application relates to a kind of active highway settlement disease reinforcement and construction method, including original asphalt pavement, embankment, foundation, asphalt layer cutting groove, embankment hole, cover plate type protective sleeve, grouting drilling machine, reinforcing pile, inclined pressure-relief sand well and surface drainage passage;By excavating asphalt layer cutting groove and embankment hole in the original asphalt pavement of closed lane, using cover plate type protective sleeve to protect the foundation of original asphalt pavement and embankment hole, reinforcing pile is constructed in foundation for treating active highway settlement disease;Meanwhile, inclined pressure-relieving sand well and surface drainage passage are used to drain and relieve pressure, which accelerates the dissipation of excess pore water pressure in foundation, and avoids embankment uplift damage caused by excessive grouting pressure of reinforcing pile.The construction method has the characteristics of good reinforcement effect, convenient construction, high safety, small construction influence, etc., and is suitable for settlement disease treatment construction of active highway in soft soil area.
