A gear position degree measuring apparatus and method for a transmission intermediate shaft part

Abstract

The application discloses a gear position degree measuring device and method for a transmission intermediate shaft part, which comprises a base; the base is horizontally arranged, and the intermediate shaft part to be measured is horizontally arranged above the base; a fixed center component is arranged at one end of the intermediate shaft part to be measured, and a pneumatic center component is arranged at the other end of the intermediate shaft part to be measured; part bracket components are uniformly arranged below the intermediate shaft part to be measured, and the upper ends of the part bracket components are in contact with the bottom of the intermediate shaft part to be measured; a position degree measuring component is arranged at the right side of the intermediate shaft part to be measured; a driving component is arranged at the left side of the intermediate shaft part to be measured and close to the side of the gear to be measured; and a key groove position searching component is arranged at the left side of the intermediate shaft part to be measured and close to one end of the key groove to be measured. The application realizes online automatic measurement of the gear position degree of the intermediate shaft part, effectively improves the measurement efficiency, and avoids the outflow of unqualified products.
