Development of bladder cancer tumor antigen and device for predicting bladder cancer patient guidance and prognosis

Abstract

The application discloses development of bladder cancer tumor antigens and a device for predicting bladder cancer patient drug guidance and prognosis. The application screens and verifies two proteins showing risk factors related to antigen presenting cell infiltration in a clinical sample database, which can be used as potential tumor antigens for the development of mRNA vaccines for bladder cancer; at the same time, based on predictive immune-related genes, the application defines three immune subtypes in a bladder cancer patient cohort, analyzes the characteristics of the three subtypes and the prognosis and drug guidance of the corresponding patients, and predicts the bladder cancer immune subtypes suitable for mRNA vaccines. The results of the application can be applied to the development of mRNA vaccines for bladder cancer, and provide a reference for the immune subtype typing and drug guidance selection of bladder cancer patients.
