Execution methods, execution devices and systems for digital yuan smart contracts

Abstract

This application provides a method, apparatus, and system for executing a digital RMB smart contract. The method includes: a user terminal sending a contract request to a SIM card; the SIM card matching contract instructions from a local database according to the contract request; and sending the matched contract instructions to a signing server; the signing server executing the RMB smart contract according to the contract instructions. This method, through the signing server pre-generating a large number of contract instructions and storing them in the SIM card's local database; matching contract instructions from the SIM card's local database according to the user terminal's contract request; and the signing server executing the RMB smart contract according to the contract instructions, achieves efficient contract transaction processing and satisfies contract requests from various business scenarios, solving the problems of existing methods failing to meet diverse business scenario requests and exhibiting contract request failures and low timeliness.
