Abstract

The application provides a cooling pipe applied to an automobile radiator and a preparation method thereof. The cooling pipe is formed by bending a strip, and sequentially comprises a first bending part, a first linear part, a second bending part, a second linear part, a third bending part and a third linear part along the width direction of the strip. The first bending part is connected to one side of the second linear part close to the first bending part. The first linear part is parallel to the second linear part. The third linear part is parallel to the second linear part. The third bending part is oppositely arranged to the second bending part. One end of the third linear part away from the third bending part is connected to one side of the first linear part away from the second linear part, forming a first surface contact area. The cooling pipe is welded by surface-to-surface welding, the welding area is increased, the welding strength is improved, the wall thickness of the cooling pipe is increased, and the heat exchange efficiency of the cooling pipe is improved to a certain extent.
