Electroluminescent device and method for producing the same

By setting a friction layer and an electrode layer in the electroluminescent device, and using the potential difference generated when the gap of the dielectric thin film changes, the light-emitting part is driven to emit light, which solves the problems of inconvenient power supply and short battery life, realizing a self-powered electroluminescent device suitable for flexible displays in wearable devices.

Abstract

An electroluminescent device includes: a light emitting portion including a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer opposite to each other and configured to emit light based on an alternating current signal applied on the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer; a power supply portion including: a first rubbing layer disposed on a side of the second electrode layer away from the first electrode layer; a second rubbing layer disposed on a side of the first rubbing layer away from the second electrode layer, the first rubbing layer and the second rubbing layer constituting a dielectric film; and a support layer disposed between the first rubbing layer and the second rubbing layer to have a gap between the first rubbing layer and the second rubbing layer; and a connecting portion electrically connected with the first electrode layer and the second rubbing layer, respectively, the alternating current signal generated on the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer to drive the light emitting portion to emit light as the gap between the first rubbing layer and the second rubbing layer increases and decreases.
