A method for preparing a plant indigo dye dyed bamboo pulp fiber

Abstract

The application discloses a preparation method of plant indigo dyeing bamboo pulp fiber, which comprises the following steps: crushing bamboo pulp meal, immersing in an alkali solution for alkali treatment and sulfonating treatment, adding indigo dye and a reducing agent at the same time, dissolving the bamboo pulp meal, the indigo dye and the reducing agent in the alkali solution, filtering and aging to obtain a spinning solution; stirring the spinning solution uniformly and performing wet spinning, and performing coagulation molding, drawing, cutting, water washing, desulfurization, bleaching, oiling, dehydration and drying treatment to obtain the indigo dyeing bamboo pulp fiber. In the application, the indigo dye, protein and reducing agent are directly added in the process of preparing the spinning solution of the bamboo pulp fiber, the indigo dye is uniformly dispersed in the spinning solution after being reduced in the process of preparing the bamboo pulp fiber, and is dyed on the protein particles, the protein and the indigo are uniformly solidified in the fiber when the fiber is solidified, and then the dyeing is completed by oxidizing the indigo to form the indigo blue. The method has high dyeing rate, uniform dyeing and high color fastness.
