A method of preparing a conducting magnetic fluid

Abstract

The application relates to a preparation method of a conductive magnetic fluid, and relates to a preparation method of a magnetic fluid. The application aims at solving the problem of poor conductive performance of the existing magnetic fluid. The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing an acetylacetone iron solution; 2, preparing a carbon material dispersion liquid; 3, mixing the acetylacetone iron solution, the carbon material dispersion liquid and a conductive polymer material, and then reacting for a period of time; 4, centrifuging and cleaning to obtain a conductive polymer package carbon loaded Fe3O4 magnetic powder; and 5, adding the conductive polymer package carbon loaded Fe3O4 magnetic powder, carbon material and surfactant into a carrier liquid, heating and stirring to obtain the conductive magnetic fluid. The application effectively controls the oxidation of the magnetic nano-particles through the package conductive polymer and the carbon loading mode, makes the magnetism performance of the magnetic nano-particles more stable, improves the service life of the magnetic nano-particles, and the service life can be improved by 2-5 times. The prepared conductive magnetic fluid can be widely applied in dynamic sealing, dampers, medicine and other fields.
