A cooling device for electric welders and method of use thereof

Abstract

This invention provides a welding machine cooling device and its usage method, relating to the field of welding machine cooling technology. The welding machine cooling device includes a cooling box, with mounting brackets fixedly connected to both sides of the cooling box. A mounting base is provided inside the cooling box, and the upper surface of the mounting base is fixedly connected to the welding machine body. Sleeve blocks are fixedly connected to both sides of the mounting base. A lifting assembly for driving the sleeve blocks to rise and fall is provided on the top of the mounting brackets. When the cooling device is activated, cold air is generated and enters the interior of a first pipe, then into a first annular pipe, and finally discharged through multiple outlet pipes. The cold air, combined with cold water, significantly lowers the surrounding temperature. The low-temperature gas acts around the welding machine body, keeping it at a low temperature throughout operation, ensuring long-term effective operation and improving work efficiency.
