A flotation method for gasified ash

Abstract

This invention relates to a flotation method for gasification ash residue, the flotation method comprising the following steps: (1) pretreating the gasification ash residue to obtain pretreated residue; (2) subjecting the pretreated residue obtained in step (1) to a first flotation to obtain a first rough concentrate and a first tailings; (3) subjecting the first rough concentrate obtained in step (2) to a second flotation to obtain a second rough concentrate and a second tailings; (4) subjecting the second rough concentrate obtained in step (3) to a third flotation to obtain a concentrate and a third tailings. The flotation method provided by this invention improves the surface characteristics of the gasification ash residue by pretreating it, while simultaneously improving the flotation process flow. By employing a specific flotation process, the flotation effect of the gasification ash residue is optimized, significantly improving the indicators of the obtained concentrate.
