Abstract

The tightening fixture for assembling pipe components of a heat exchanger unit can simultaneously meet the requirements of taking materials and assembling and tightening bolts and bolt fasteners by simultaneously arranging a locking member clamping mechanism and a bolt tightening mechanism on the frame assembly; by aligning the tightening gun and the fixture, it can be ensured that the bolts on the tightening gun and the bolt fasteners on the clamping jaws are basically aligned before tightening. When tightening, the tightening gun can be directly driven to move linearly to achieve the coordinated tightening of the bolts and the bolt fasteners on the clamping jaws, which greatly simplifies the bolt tightening action, realizes the automated operation of bolt tightening, and reduces the difficulty of the operation.
