Pipe positioning aperture device

Abstract

The application discloses a pipeline positioning and hole opening device, which comprises a mounting seat, a measuring instrument, positioning rulers and positioning needles. The bottom of the mounting seat is provided with a first supporting rod and two second supporting rods. The end of the first supporting rod away from the mounting seat is in abutment with a pipeline. The two second supporting rods are symmetrically and separately arranged on the opposite sides of the first supporting rod along the length direction of the mounting seat. The length of the second supporting rod is adjustable. The end of the second supporting rod away from the mounting seat is in abutment with the pipeline. The measuring instrument is used for measuring the levelness of the mounting seat. Two positioning rulers are arranged on the two ends of the mounting seat along the length direction. The positioning needles are installed on the positioning rulers. The end of the positioning needle away from the positioning ruler is in abutment with the pipeline. The center point of the positioning needle and the pipeline is located on the same axis. The length of the second supporting rod is adjusted, so that the mounting seat is kept horizontal. The positioning needle with the center point of the pipeline located on the same axis is used for radial marking of the pipeline, so that the radial positioning of the pipeline is accurate.
