Chimeric antigen receptors targeting fully humanized cd22 and uses thereof

Abstract

The application belongs to the technical field of cellular immunization engineering, and particularly relates to a chimeric antigen receptor targeting CD22 and application thereof. The chimeric antigen receptor targeting CD22 comprises an extracellular domain, a hinge region, a transmembrane region and an intracellular signal domain, wherein the extracellular domain comprises an amino acid sequence as shown in Sequence No. 1 or a functional variant thereof. The ScFv in the chimeric antigen receptor targeting CD22 provided by the application is a brand-new human antibody sequence, avoids the immunogenicity of a mouse-derived antibody, and shows obvious anti-tumor activity after being combined with CD22 on a tumor cell. Moreover, the single-chain antibody of the extracellular antigen binding region is a full human source, and thus has high safety.
