Method for recovering graphite from waste lithium batteries

Abstract

The application provides a method for recycling graphite from waste lithium batteries, which comprises the following steps: (1) after the waste lithium batteries are discharged, a negative electrode sheet is obtained, and the negative electrode sheet is subjected to high-temperature heating treatment and ultraviolet aging treatment simultaneously; (2) the negative electrode sheet subjected to the ultraviolet aging treatment is subjected to vibration treatment, and copper foil and graphite material are obtained; and (3) the obtained graphite material is subjected to washing treatment, and pure graphite is obtained. According to the method, efficient recycling and reuse of the graphite can be realized without using organic solution through simple operation.
