Auxiliary dust removal system and polyethylene particle processing and transportation system

Abstract

The application discloses an auxiliary dust removal system, and a certain gap is formed between lifting blades on a rotating cylinder and a screen cylinder; dust-containing particles are lifted by the lifting blades, and meanwhile, a part of the particles collide with the screen cylinder and fall back; the falling back dust-containing particles are lifted again after meeting the lifting blades below, and the process is repeated, which is more beneficial to the separation of the particles and fine dust; the separated fine dust is sucked out by a dust suction fan, the particles are lifted to a screening cavity by the lifting blades, and finally, are output from a discharge pipeline to a packaging machine for packaging. The application further discloses a polyethylene particle processing and conveying system, which is subjected to primary dust removal by an elutriation dust removal system and secondary dust removal by the auxiliary dust removal system, so that the dust removal effect is improved, and the product quality is improved.
