Abstract
This application discloses a double-bond post-crosslinked bio-valve material and its preparation and application, comprising: (1) immersing the biomaterial in a solution containing a functional monomer for physical permeation; the functional monomer has at least one amino group, at least one carbon-carbon double bond, and at least one functional group; (2) adding an aldehyde crosslinking agent to the system of step (1) for co-crosslinking; and (3) contacting the biomaterial treated in step (2) with an initiator to initiate double-bond polymerization. The method of this application introduces a functional monomer for co-crosslinking during aldehyde crosslinking, and simultaneously introduces a carbon-carbon double bond as the basis for secondary crosslinking. By preparing crosslinked biomaterials through two crosslinking processes, the degree of crosslinking of the biomaterial can be improved, thus enhancing its mechanical properties. In the co-crosslinking process of this application, the functional monomer introduces double bonds while simultaneously blocking some residual aldehyde groups on the biomaterial, improving the biomaterial's anti-calcification and anticoagulation properties, and further enhancing the crosslinking efficiency.
